Did a mobile order about 5:40pm and went to McD drive thru around 6pm. Was in drive thru for over 20 min. until getting up to speaker to give my name and code, then waited 10 min. to get to window. After another wait was asked to pull up to the side as they were just making the big Mac. I asked what is purpose of mobile order and was told that when I got to speaker with code is when they do my order. I left there shortly after 6:50pm.

I stopped at this McDonald’s in the North End of Springfield since it’s open 24 hours — I was coming into town late and wanted to grab some food. When I got there, they told me they were only accepting cash, even though all my money was on my card. That was really inconvenient, especially at a 24-hour location where most people expect to be able to pay with card. It would’ve been helpful if there were signs or notices before ordering. Definitely disappointing experience.

Can’t even put the correct order how I ordered a 40 piece nugget with 2 X-Large fries and a mcchicken the door dasher gets here and I received a 10 piece chicken nugget with two small fries and no mcchicken bsff baffles me how do you not get that correctly!? The disrespect from McDonald’s on state street Springfield
I ordered 2 of the limited edition cactus plant flea market boxes
For the old school toys I grew up on
And instead they give me 2 kids meal toys (Disney cars Cave Mater) and didn’t bother to mention
I know this may seem petty
But I rarely eat McDonald’s because it don’t taste like it used to
I didn’t mind spending money on what would of bought me childhood memories, which is the only reason I even stopped …now I’m home in Connecticut mad that I did not notice this on spot ,otherwise I would of gotten my money back
