I came by to see if things were different since I heard they have a new GM. Oh my it’s worse. They have no shakes or ice cream products. The frozen drink machine wasn’t working. They are also running out of burger patties. What kind of GM lets a fast food restaurant known for burgers running out of product.

This was the most disgusting dining experience I have ever had and I have been to 45 states, 2 U.S. territories and 27 countries. There was a disgustingly dirty box fan with food and grease stuck to it on the front counter. Also on the front counter was the top of the ice cream machine covered in flies. Eventually it made its way back on top of the ice cream machine without being cleaned. The employees were wearing open toed shoes while making food. One employee was wearing a sleeveless shirt with exposed armpits while making food. Employees with very long hair, uncovered were making food. Employees were eating out of customers bags before serving them as well as eating fries out of the bin. Multiple employees were eating with their hands from the fry station. I have never seen anything like this in my life. Gross.

HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT EAT!
I have an organization in Duncan that employs food critics, tonight at 6:34 pm I had an employee go through Burger King so we can review it. She/he hadn’t even made it to the first window and somebody had said something disturbing over the speaker. Completely rude and horrible atmosphere 0 STARS.

I literally sat in the drive thru line for a good 8/10 minutes before I was even able to order with only one car in front of me which was a cop car! This location has went way downhill the past year. I’m sure a lot has to do with staffing issues because of covid but come on! 10 minutes Inna drove thru line with one car ahead is ridiculous! I was late picking my daughter up from school because of it. And my burgers were cold. So not happy this time around! And this is what you get when you ask for no ketchup and no tomato! Seriously?!?

Went through the drive thru today at breakfast to get to double croissants from Burger King which as this sign in there drive thru clearly states are 2 for $5. The very rude woman at the window charged me $8. I mentioned I thought they were 2 for $5 and she said we don’t do that on the doubles only singles which I said “the sign said it the singles are 2 for $4 and the doubles 2 for $5 according to your sign” she replied it “rang up $8” & just glared at me. I was hungry so I paid my $8 got my food which was good. I pulled around to snap the photo of the sign after leaving the drive thru. I went to the site on the slip taped to the bag as I wasn’t given a receipt. I submitted an honest review with my number in the designated spot for a manager to contact me. Since then I have received spam calls nonstop from different Duncan cell numbers threatening me with legal action for illegal packages seized at the border. I never received calls of this nature until I submitted that complaint. I suspect they sell the phone number entered. Also I never was contacted by anyone from Burger King. Will try avoid going back for a good long bit while I block all these calls.

Why would you let someone order online then be closed when they get there on top of that you have to wait 5-7 days for a refund so glad that wasn’t the last of my money to feed my kids yall need to update you’re online app this is ridiculous
