Man yesterday on FEB4TH 2026 I was craving burger king french fries ALL day! I finally was able to go to burger king in mount pocono after a long day of work and I went through the drive thru as I was honored to be greeted by the employee Zachary. I told him my order being an original chicken sandwich meal large with 2x large fries as my full order. I explained to Zachary my cravings and excitement for my food asking if he would kindly make my fries fresh. He followed up by saying he completely understands where im coming from and has absolutely no problem making my fries fresh. I got to the drive thru window as he handed me my drink and said the food will be done shortly. Not even 30 seconds later my food was handed to me and NOT only my fries were fresh, but also my chicken sandwich the bag was smoking hot! He smiled and said “here you go my friend hope you have a good night” my food was so delicious and Zachary delivered absolutely outstanding customer service he deserves a raise!

I just went through the drive through here and asked for a number 1 large with a diet coke. The teller asked if I wanted it plain, I said yes thinking she meant with no cheese. Nope, I got a plain meat patty on a bun, nothing else. Who asks and assumes you want a plain whopper? We also had to “wait a moment” for about 10 minutes in the drive through for her to take her order and “wait a moment” a few times while taking our order. Terrible.

If the receipt says 12 items, why would you only put 11 in. I get you only have 10 fingers, but try again. 12 is not that difficult. 45 minutes to go back and forth so now the 11 are cold. So much for the manager doing the order. Lousy service. Never again. So went back for the burger they ” forgot”. Wasn’t remade and not the way I ordered. When I called, I was told no number for corporate lol. As a manager, needs some customer service training. Never again, and will spread the word.

Mount Pocono Burger King is by far the best burger kings and one of my personal favorite places to go. They do not disappoint, they provide fantastic customer service with fresh food nice hot dropped fries always attending to their customers needs. I would like to shout out Nathaniel, India, and David as great employees to have on your crew!!

The store was clean, service spot on, and flame broiled deliciousness delivered to you in a timely fashion. I like that you can order in person or via remote monitor. I guess my only gripe is the damn cost of a meal for 3 people…..$40!!!! Got to love Bidenomics!

The people that work there alllll act like they hate their job. They stuck at it anyway, have crappy customer service skills. That’s the morning crew AND the night crew. The wait for food is always ridiculous and then you don’t even get hot fries when it’s brought out. I wish there were other options for the Mount Pocono area.

Fresh foods and fresh products all the time. Inside clean and modern Burger King . Out side clean. they are in a nice location. Easy in and easy out. They have a drive-through. And that’s really very helpful. Staff over there friendly. Of course mistakes happen but over all they doing good job. Especially these days with the coronavirus. So I highly recommend it.

I was at the Kalahari and decided to get breakfast here after checking out from the room,is a shame what Fast food has became.
Remember back in the time when u had to wait for a table? There was a line to order your food,the line is now outside cause is just not a good experience anymore.
The bathroom this dirty when there was 3 customers dining in,you can tell that is old dirt sticked to toilet and walls.The food got more expensive,smaller meat and nuggets,managers are only into their salary and nothing more,is sad cause no one cares anymore and that’s why BK is going down faster than the Titanic.

Update 7/13/24: This location was extra clean and organized today. The Manager (Bill) was on duty and helped us with our order. He was so polite and helpful. I increased the service stars to 5. Any my (now 7yr old) still enjoys the crowns!
