As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

To rate a fast food Franchise like Checkers one must compare it to the standard of the chain. The Checkers off Broward Blvd in Ft. Lauderdale hit all the marks with friendly and fast service. I had my typical bacon cheeseburger with the seasoned fries and a large Diet Coke. The meat is typically salty if you like this type of burger and the fries have a rough crispy texture. The fries if done right will pop in your mouth. They have a double drive thru and no inside seating area. It is great drive and go choice when time is short. They do have a walk up window and it is great for the locals. I personally do not recommend it unless you are a local to the neighborhood. Great value and good eats, give it a try.

If I could give this location 5 negative stars I would. I’ll never visit this location again. Employees are rude, service is horrible. I visited 6/19/2024. I ordered on the app. I wanted to try the new Bosswich sandwich. Now I know most times food doesn’t look exactly as advertised but this was ridiculous. First I waited in the online order line for about 20 minutes. I got out of my car and walked up to the window just to ask if I can be helped. I was completely ignored by staff. After a while a female associate attempted to come to the window and a male associate, I’m going to assume he was a manager, redirected her to keep working, I witnessed his actions. After waiting about 25 minutes, the same male came to the window with my order and says we’re busy. I simply stated to him it would have been courteous just to let me know this instead of ignoring me. He did not apologize or anything. I should have checked my food before I left but I was ready to go. When I got home I opened the bosswich burger and this what I had. Barely any brisket on the burger. Very sloppy. Did not resemble in anyway the burger advertised. Yes I did tasted it. I might as well I paid almost 8 dollars for it. This is my second bad experience at this location, I’m sure checkers prides itself on good food and good service. It is a shame that this location is still being allowed to operate. Will never visit this location again

This Tampa, Florida-based iconic restaurant slings the tastiest burgers and crispiest nuggets with a by-gone era flare. Always a double drive-thru, it never disappoints because food is served hot. If milk shakes are your thing, remember to grab a shake too!

Waited 20 Minutes for my food because he said the apple pies were cooking, got to the window and he said they were still cooking but as I looked through the window they were just now placing them into the fryer. I didn’t want the apple pies anymore and someone had their phone sitting in the food line .

If I could give them no stars I would. My family and I went to this location and the lady that was working had an attitude the whole time. When she gave us our food she forgot to put the sauce in the bag. I went up to the window to ask for the sauce and she tried to charge me .17 cents for something that was supposed to be free with the meal. I said that it wasn’t put in the bag and she had the audacity to say (with an attitude) that you have to ask for it or we charge you. I told her that I have been coming there for the longest (years) and was never told that. You guys really need to retrain some of your employees (including the managers) because having that type of nasty attitude is unacceptable. I could see if I had said or done something wrong, but this lady should not be working on customer service. For the past month a lot of the employees have shown that they do not belong in the customer service industry. I will personally be calling your corporate office today.

Who ever the manager is with blue Bandaids on his fingers that wear glasses need to be terminated immediately. I pulled up to window to pay for my order and he had the window opened. He stared cursing. He said Now that Mother F just pissed me off. And when I was handing him the money to pay for my order he didn’t look at me or my hand to take the cash I had to make sure I placed it in his hand. He didn’t look at me when he handed me my drink I had to make sure I grabbed it without it dropping. He was very unprofessional, didn’t displace any type of customer service. I order my daughter a ice cream cone he brought her a cup of ice cream I said it was supposed to be in a cone. He said well we don’t have any. I asked the other guy for marinara sauce for my Mozzarella sticks he asked him why are you giving it to her? He said because she got mozzarella sticks. Horrible experience

Probably one of the worse Checker’s we’ve been to. Ignoring the fact that they got our order wrong, they completely botched the sandwiches we got. They had zero interest in providing us with solutions or a decent service. The attitude we got was ridiculous. The two gurls working were slammed while one guy was outside what I assume was on his break smoking weed. Avoid this place at all costs.
