Until today, the Wendy’s double stack was my favorite burger of any fast food business. I’ve never had a bad Double stack until today. The bread was dry, crusty, old. The burger had drops of condiments and was even dryer this way. I was totaly shocked by this burger.

Our cashier, Destiny, a delightful young lady, displayed kindness towards us, particularly our children. She conducted herself with sweetness, politeness, and professionalism—
Our visit took a distressing turn when the manager on duty, Joy, began berating Destiny in a manner akin to a drill sergeant, right in front of a queue of waiting customers. This public display of aggression was not only shocking but also highly unprofessional.
To compound matters, the incomplete order exacerbated the inconvenience for everyone in the lobby, as we were compelled to wait an additional 20 minutes. Our concerns over the blatant mistreatment of an employee further delayed the completion of our orders.
While my wife had forewarned me about potential issues with their service, we were relieved to find no discrepancies in our food. The only problem we encountered was the food, which had already been prepared, left sitting on the side for the entire duration of our extended wait.
We would not recommend this location to anyone as long as this manger is in charge of this store.

I normally love Wendy’s but the past couple times I’ve been to this location my order has been incorrect, missing parts of my order or the wrong order. It’s like they don’t know how to do their jobs. Called a few minutes ago and the lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude and major attitude. They either need to hire competent people or just close that location.

Young man taking orders in the drive thru was very rude. Told me I wasn’t going to yell at him when I wasn’t. My tru k is a diesel truck. I had to turn my engine off so I wouldn’t have to talk louder. But he decided I wasn’t a customer. Which I am. I will never eat there again. And I probably eat at Wendy’s about 4 to 5 days a week. Very unprofessional. He had different colored hair. So sick of how rude employees are to customers who help pay their wages.

So i go to wendys (different locations) at least 3 to 4 times a week sometimes breakfast sometimes a snack sometimes dinner wendys is the only fast food restaurant I even eat at anymore I used to eat all of them but wendys quality of meat is better and the food is better than competitors…..well in the last 2 days I’ve stopped at the east ridge location twice I never ever complain never take food back never call the manager none of that im not a complainer (I’ve worked in the service industry waiting tables many years) well yesterday the girl at the window was as rude as ahe could be she held the bag out the window and said here and then I asked for salt she rolled her eyes and said here ok….I left and though ok rude….well tonight I go again for a late night snack and they had about 3 cars in the drive thru in front of me no problem I get to the window this girl is hollering at everybody in the store goes away from the window hollering about how she cant deal with this she’s supposed to leave at 11 well it was 10:26 ok I had a reward code to scan that made her mad ahe scanned it and it went off my app she opens the window I need to scan it again I said well its gone now so she’s grabbing her head being extremely dramatic three other workers are standing there just looking another girl comes to the window asks what the coupon was for I tell her she tells the other girl that was originally there and I guess she’s entering it in the computer laying her head down on the counter hollering oh my god oh my god I can hear this through the window with the window shut ok so I give her my card again she’s hollering come on come on comes back to tell me my card is not reading (literally just used it at the gas station not even 2 min ago and I’ve never had card read errors before) so I asked do u take tap to pay she says nope not at this register so I give her a different card it reads….Thank God well while she’s over here still holding her head in her hands another person brings my food and I tell him wow she needs a different job…… I got no spoon for frosty i got no napkins in my bag and they didnt wven ask did i want a receipt but i dodnt get one of those either. Also this is probably the messiest food ive ever gotten from a wendys…..i didnt compain while i was there i was nice and calm the entire time….ill never cop an attitude with anybody messing with my food im not stupid….I mean I have worked in plenty of restaurants never fast food but none the less I get it but I have never in my life behaved in such a childish unprofessional way idc if you scrub toilets or if you are the presidents right hand man have a little dignity and pride in the work that you do and you can act professional no matter what job you have….hey wendys east ridge yall need a new crew…..but I digress..I will not go back to this location ill drive the extra miles and go to ringgold they dont act like this there al

Waited in line for over 5 minutes and the employees were aware that we were at the register awaiting to place our order and ignored us all the way until we chose to leave because of the hideous behavior. Highly recommend not stepping foot in this establishment.

Does this location even want to continue to do business? Do the employees really want a job? It’s obvious they don’t care and are only there for a paycheck… but if they continue operating the way they are, nobody will have a job there.
This is not even edible (burger pictured). It should not have even been served, not even in their day old meat Chili.
Usually there is at least one item missing, but this time it was thought and quality that lacked. Absolutely the worst burger I have ever gotten, and that says a lot.
Wendy’s at East Ridge has officially lost my business, and since we, a family of 5, came here at least twice a week, this is really going to add up. And I’m not even worried about the 5 orders of cold fries.
Absolutely pathetic and it’s obvious nobody cares.
