I’m not usually the person to leave a bad review because I know that sometimes places have their bad days, but I could not let this one slide. When we got there the wait to be seated was about 5 minutes, not bad. Then we were seated it took 20-25 minutes for anyone to come up to our table to ask us for our DRINK orders. The girl that helped us was such a sweetheart and she also took our food orders. Then after seeing us get our orders taken another woman came up to us and asked us what we wanted to drink, you could tell by her demeanor that she knew she was in the wrong. When we got our drinks the sweet teas were not sweet, obviously it was nothing a few sugar packets couldn’t fix but it was still irritating counting the time it took to even get our drink orders in. Then our food came out, the eggs that were supposed to be sunny side up were raw. And our food was cold. I asked the woman who brought out our food to take the eggs back and cook them more. When they brought them back out they were still raw. Then they forgot pancakes with 2 of our orders and then also forgot butter and syrup. I understand that sometimes places have bad days and service isn’t up to what it would be on a good day, but I honestly can’t find an excuse for it being like this.

This Bob Evans was across the parking lot from the hotel we stayed at. They were a little short handed, being in the service industry my entire life, I was only disappointed with the manager. We sat for sometime without drinks, I feel the manager although did check on us during dinner, could have gotten our drink order and delivered while the fantastic server was running around with a smile taking care of not a section, the entire floor. It was Valentine’s Day, most couples wouldn’t choose Bob Evans for Valentine’s dinner, we were not trying to be romantic. Lol we were tired and wanted to go back to the hotel, and rest, so we could drive again in the morning. Lol the server was fantastic. I can’t remember her name which I do apologize for. I left her a bracelet she had complimented me on. So you know who you are! Thank you!

Stopped here on our way through the area to grab a quick bite. Truly should’ve just kept going till we found somewhere else. The lack of other patrons in the restaurant should’ve given us a clue… Add to the fact that there was only two cars in the parking lot and I thought they were closed so hubby walked in there and the door was open. Our food was not very good at all, and the place was not clean. Definitely not a Bob Evans standard which is sad because it could be a very hot place considering it’s right off the interstate and surrounded by hotels and other businesses. The server was nice quick and efficient. The smell of old grease and definitely turn off. We’ll make it a point to note that we are not stopping through here again.

Server was very nice , food was awful! See photos below. I can see why place had no customers. Worst breakfast dinner I ever had. Bacon was not close to being cooked , hash browns were nasty with oil / grease and black chucks of grill leftovers. Photos below are how hash brown was served to me on my plate. Not worth the money ! Go somewhere else or go hungry !!! Not even going to rate food as it doesn’t deserve one star. Eggs were diced into little pieces again see photos below.

Second time at Bob Evans in one weekend. First visit at another location was amazing. On my second visit, at another Bob Evans.. I ordered same chicken tenders. It was over cooked and missing tender portion of chicken.. pretty dry. Didn’t bother to tell the waitress but paid in full and notified them as I left.

I have been going to Bob Evans every Friday night for the last 2 months. Every time I go u receive excellent service, the staff is always friendly and pleasant and the food is always cooked to perfection. I went tonight again on 2/6/2025 and everything was great as always. I hardly ever leave reviews but just wanted to let someone know of the great job this place is doing, THANK YOU!

Been to this location twice in the last couple of weeks, first time they got the order wrong and the wait was really long (manager comped the meal) decided to give them another chance (because everyone can have a bad day), restaurant was not very busy but still had to wait several minutes to get seated, probably 10-15 minutes for the server to take our drink (and by this time we had decided on the food) and meal order, waited another 10 minutes for the drinks and bread and then another 20 for the food (which was good). Then, when paying, had to wait another ten minutes just to pay. Manager gave us a discount but we will not be going back to this location

Went in for breakfast with my fiancé her kids and father. Seated rather quickly drinks come out in a timely fashion. Food order was taken food come out wrong, my fiancé and her father both asked for well done hash browns and they come out way undercooked, my fiancé sent hers back come back out less cooked than the first time. Pancakes were still soggy in the middle. Now onto the restaurant itself the restrooms were dirty, paint peeling off the walls and looks like some type of rodent chewing on the drop ceiling. Won’t be back again.
