A great place to go with friends, family or a special one! You feel immersed in a Parisian corner once you get in. Menu is vast and everything sounded delicious! Very hard to choose having so many delicious options.
Vegans would probably have a hard time, but that’s French cuisine.
Many great options for vegetarians!

Fun place to go due to the Parisian decor and ambiance. Service was fantastic; prices were fair. The food though….well, it’s exceptional! Most locals know La Baguette for their to-go croissants and baguettes, but did you know that they make some of the best sandwiches in town? I also highly recommend their French onion soup.

I’m not sure if it’s the same owner, but the difference between this La Baquette and the one in OCC is night and day. The OCC (Colorado Ave) location is often dirty and lackluster.

French onion soup excellent. Casserole and quiche delicious. We were one of 3 tables occupied at the time we visited, so it was a pleasent brunch. No noise except atmospheric French music playing lightly, so conversation was not a problem. Service was fast and friendly.
We wanted dessert, but the breakfast filled us. We’ll be back to treat ourselves to some cheesecake!

TLDR: Good food, slow service.

The ambience of the place is awesome. Very nice decorations that gives it its own personality. We ordered a croissant (which came approx 10 minutes after ordering), a croque madame and a (french onion) soup and sandwhich combo. It took at least 45-50 minutes (I clocked one hour from arrival) to get our main course from the time of sitting down. The place did have approximately 8 tables occupied, which accounts for about 1/3 of the seating space. With that said, I thought the wait was a little too long.

The food itself was good, the bechemel sauce was baked with the sandwhich, so there was no actual sauce except on the bottom of the plate where they added a very small amount during plating. I know its standard operating procedure that places bake it after saucing, so no points dinged there, I just thought there could be a tiny bit more on the bottom of the plate when plating so that it had that “sauce” feel. The French onion soup was great.

All in all, a great place that unfortunately had a longer wait time than expected and appropriate.

Beautiful ambiance. I love how they decorated inside. Great service and delicious food (except for the turkey sausage, I’ve eaten turkey sausage in the past and this one is the worst, we could not eat it, highly discourage. Ended up ordering a different plate).

Everything else was very tasty. I do recommend and will be back to try dinner plates.

Hole in the wall for us! We were advised to try it but weren’t sure what to expect. All 4 of us loved our food, will go again!

Hate to leave such a bad review but this was by far the WORST French Onion Soup I’ve ever had. Not sure if the chef was having an off day but the flavor was gross. Flavor was kind of bitter, burnt and sour – so bad that we ended up throwing it out rather than finish it. Overpriced sour onion slop.

Unbelievable place. In all the worst ways. The only reason our party ended up here is because our bday person confused it with the La Baguette that has a wine bar upstairs. That’s OK, they claimed to be THE BEST FRENCH CUISINE IN COS. What?! By whom?! Did they pay them off? I am not a food snob and I cannot believe this place. 1) Waiting. We waited and waited and waited. I did not count how long but when I tell you that checking in on patrons even when food takes way too long and bringing them drinks is helpful, I will tell you it makes it go from low to 5 stars for me. I observed the waiter be free in the kitchen just hanging out instead of checking in when it took 30-40 mins for our food to arrive. I had to go up to the wait staff to ask to refill our drinks. I’ve only done that maybe 1-2 times in my life, I don’t do that. I don’t like to bother others. Oh, wait, you say, maybe they were busy? No. We had a reservation AND there were only about 4-8 other people (we had a party of 9) aside from us in the whole restaurant, it was dead. To top it all off, the restaurant not only was quiet and dead, the waiter was a bit annoyed by questions and really did not come by to check on us ONCE. As a party of 9, we WERE SEATED IN DIFFERENT TABLES, YES WE WERE SEPARATED. When asked to put tables together, waiter alluded to difficulty with having different checks and said no. This was my friends birthday. It does not end here. I ordered steak with veggies and mash potatoes for $25. I am telling you that I am not a snob at all when it comes to food. When I say that the vegetables were heated up ‘FROZEN vegetables’ (likely from Walmart, I recognize them because I used to buy them and stopped because they’re awful), and steak most likely past its date, I am correct. Tasted awful and not fresh whatsoever. So, to summarize, VERY long wait, no check in with us AT ALL, food not fresh, and no reasonable accommodations. I would not be surprised that they pay whoever considers them “Number one French cuisine.” This is bad just for any kind of dining establishment, forget French. Oh, and decor SUPER outdated, you can tell it’s likely from 70’s 80’s and never been washed or at least a decade. The only thing I found OK was wine and a bit of mashed potatoes. That’s it. I should also add that they have multiple health violations from January 2026, and I am sure before then, I just cannot see earlier ones. This place is abysmal and I feel like my money was literally stolen from me. I did not eat AT ALL that day and when I was served food at about 6-30pm, so I was starving. Even if I was at Chilly’s or Applebee’s I would not have turned down the steak, I was ready to eat. My friend said “take it home and put it in stir fry” and I did and I still could not eat it. STAY AWAY. This place is absolute garbage. I would maybe feed this food to my dogs, my I believe my dogs’ food is actually better. I wish I took pictures, you guys would see what I am talking about. I also wish you could smell the steak through the screen. I am about to ask the other ladies who came about their opinion and come back with what I imagine are corroborations (there is one already but not sufficient enough just yet and I also think we did not want to ruin my friends birthday by saying this place is awful).

We had a wonderful experience at this charming French café. My wife and I stopped in for an early dinner and were both thoroughly impressed with the food and atmosphere. We started by sharing a bowl of classic French onion soup, which was rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. For our mains, I had the Sirloin Steak Aux Trois Poivres—tender, high-quality, and topped with a bold, peppery sauce. My wife enjoyed the Farfalle, Chicken, and Andouille Casserole, which was equally delicious with a great balance of flavors. The service was attentive, and the ambiance warm and inviting. We highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for an authentic and satisfying French dining experience.
