We dined at East Coast Wings in Hickory, NC. We were excited to have a date night in a place that has held some great memories for us… This visit ruined that. We ordered the boneless wing special and were served chicken nuggets. We questioned the wait staff about was served and we were told that the store had an issue with their shipment. The waitress explained that this was a “replacement” for the boneless wings and that was all they currently had in house. We asked why were not told prior to ordering to which we were told that “no one else has complained.” When we asked about the bill, we were told that no adjustment could be made because that was considered a substitution and it was all they had available. I am disgusted and livid. Everything is expensive right now but to spend $80 on nuggets (sub-par at that) is ridiculous… that could have bought nearly a week’s worth of groceries for my household or 8 whole bags of Tyson nuggets if we are trying to make a like comparison.

I had a to-go order, picked it up noticed my wings didn’t have the sauce (chili Tai) on them after leaving the restaurant, so I turned around proceeded back, I explained to the young guy about it, he says I can take it back but i said no could I just get the sauce in a little cup to go for 15 wings, he goes to tell the cook what happened and then ask for 4 little cups of sauce, the cook starts using profanity for no reason stating that I wasn’t getting that many cups of sauce, I never asked for that many, the cashier told me he would get 4 cups for me because of what the cook forgot to do, the cashier told me what the cook was saying! If that was the policy, then someone should’ve stated it instead of cursing me out, the cashier didn’t give me his name nor the cook name, I will never eat from that establishment again if that’s how they treat their customers.

It was my first time eating at the east coast wings in Goldsboro North Carolina and I will not be returning. On February the 22nd I decided to go have lunch big mistake, The bartender who took my order was under the influence she was high and was slurring taking my food order. She wasn’t busy and I got ignored several times during my visit. I overheard her telling other people in the building how she hated her job and couldn’t wait to leave. The food wasn’t good my chicken was cold and it took longer than it should have. Next time I will go to Buffalo Wild Wings and have someone who can properly take an order. Where my chicken is always hot and the bartender loves her job. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

I had stopped after work at the Mocksville, NC location. I sat at a table that DID NOT have a reserved sign on it. I understand with the restrictions you can’t sit close. The table to my right we’re paying and getting ready to leave. The waitress let me sit there 5 minutes, passing me many times. Then she comes over and announces that I cannot sit there and they were over capacity… I had to leave. Funny thing is, the family of 4 walked in behind me and got to stay. I was humiliated and embarrassed. Everyone looking at me as I walked out quietly. I was shaking so bad, I wanted to cry.
That’s okay… I went to a restaurant down the road… 601 Burgers and Brews. They were happy to have me. They have a great wait staff that care about their customers.

Went for dinner at East Coast Wings near the outlet mall in Charlotte and was Very disappointed with the food, service, the attitude of the waiter, and the attitude of the manager.
They could stick to what their menu says, they would not honor what the menu said was the price for 25 wings even though the menu said $27.99, they charged me $29.98, which was the price if I had ordered a batch of 10 and a batch of 15 separately, which I didn’t. Also the menu says kids eat free on Wednesday’s with the purchase of an adult meal. I ordered 25 wings as my meal and my wife ordered a quesadilla as her meal, they would not take the kids meals off of the bill. Our waiter was saying that’s the way it is. Apparently what their menu says doesn’t mean Jack and they charge what they want. DO NOT EAT THERE. You have been warned!!!!!!

Ordered some food online tonight and any other time I get food it’s good but not this time, I picked up my order on time and I still got there and had to wait 15 mins for my food which is fine cause I’m thinking it’s going to be hot and I was wrong chips was cold, chicken was dry and didn’t have no kinda of sauce on it, my burger was not done and bacon wasnt even done still raw, I’m not sure what happened but this was really disappointing
