Ordered online ready for Taco Tuesday. Added what I wanted to my order. Got there to pickup to find out they had no salsa. What’s the point having an online ordering system if it’s just gonna be incorrect. Needs to update what the store is offering instead of lying to their customers. Also staff should probably be trained on how to assist with a refund. Ended up going somewhere else where simple stocking of products is standard.

Hello, I’m taking the time to let you know about my experience at the chipotle that’s at 1870 airport rd Allentown pa 18109. I, walked into the restaurant to be told that they are only taking online orders. No walk ins. You had around 5 workers chatting and basically sending customers away. You have no signs saying that you were only taking online orders. I had no issues with that and placed my order online as they requested. I ordered 3 soft tacos with carnitas and cheese. I added a red chimi and pay $1 and an also order a lemonade. I payed $15.64 and waited for my order to be ready. When i picked my order the red chimi and the lemonade were missing. When i ask the worker that she was missing the chimi and lemonade she started giving me attitude saying that i didn’t order a red chimi or the lemonade talking to me like if i was crazy. She was very dismissive and basically try to send me away. I told her that I’ll double check the summary of my order and when i showed it to her she simple said that they didn’t have the lemonade and showed me Red chimi that was old and basically said that it was no good. I then ask her to refund me the money i paid for the lemonade and the chimi and then she just walk away and then another girl came out and basically said that they didn’t have the limonada. I said that’s find refund my money and she said that because I placed my order online I needed to call the 800 number which when I checked on your website you have none that I could find. After that she when in the back and came back with a lemonade and said that she will give me ice. I took the lemonade and guys guys took my $1 for the red chimi. You have serious personnel issues at this place. The customer that was in front of me had their order mix up and they gave her the wrong thing. This is not about the dollar but you can check the video and see the interactions with customers. I hope you do the right thing for all your customers and clean this up because if you don’t your business is gone. I hope someone from your office takes the time to reply back to me if not it will be your lost.

Rice was hard, could have been old/bottom of the pan and made my meal difficult to enjoy. Requested a special edition chicken, that I did not mind waiting for the refill. During that time and cashing out; services were dry and servers/cashiers were not friendly, disengaged and ignored polite gestures “thank you”. I understand we can have off days/be worn down at the end of the day and I’m not expecting over the top gestures/expression but it’s always appreciated when I can walk away wanting to return as a customer.

Received my burrito with a large hole in it. I returned to the counter and asked if can get a new tortilla and expressed my dismay that they would roll up my burrito with such a large hole in it. An employee responded with an attitude saying i could just ask for a new tortilla and I don’t have to be rude. I would give 0 stars for service if possible. New tortilla was stale.
Updated… restaurant is out of requested soda. This also happens often.

went in today to get some food. the woman said “we are only taking mobile orders” nothing else not a i’m sorry for the inconvenience or anything. i placed the order it was done pretty quickly but i order extra cheese and most of the time i never get it, that’s why i went in. so i asked the girl making it if she could please make sure there is extra cheese on that. she didn’t even acknowledge me whatsoever. finished making the food and threw it in a bag and handed it to me. terrible customer service. she was a younger girl with dark hair. every time i go in there my experience continues to get worse. maybe she needs a new job where you don’t have to talk to people.

Took 40 minutes in all. (~30 minutes) after the app said it was ready. The nice person at the register said the reason my food and about 10 other people was ‘ready’ and we were all waiting is because they were ‘bumping it’, which shows all us on our app that it’s ready. If it’s not ready…. don’t show it’s ready.

The worst with their times their times are all messed up in all aspects. They don’t open at the right time they don’t close at the right time. They don’t have the food ready when they tell you they’re gonna be ready terrible. Managers are late managers are more late than anybody. It’s crazy tables will be ready. They don’t have the sauces on the side oh, and they’ll charge for every single extra extra extra extra no matter how small it could be. About $35 for my self only talk about high bid

On Dec 29, at 8:00, I went to just get a simple chicken burrito. First off, the staff member making it was mumbling so I couldn’t hear him. Then I accidentally said cream cheese instead of sour cream, and he proceeded to put on the shredded cheese. Okay, no problem whatever. Then I said “oh I meant sour cream”, and he proceeds to roll his eyes and say loudly “you said CHEESE”. Okay not cool. Then I said “but it’s okay, I wanted regular cheese too, it’s okay.” Then they ran out of lettuce, okay whatever, it happens. I get checked out, the cashier is now being rude too and mumbling. Then he proceeded to throw the bag at me. I did nothing wrong, greeted them nicely, and I got treated like this. SHAME. You chose to work there, try working in a hospital once in your life then try to give me an attitude.

This is by far the WORST Chipotle everrrr!!!! Customer service is terrible EVERY TIME and the restaurant is ALWAYS dirty!! I went there today (11/8) at 2:36pm and they ran out of chips and fajita veggies. This store never has anything in stock unless it’s when they first open. The guy today making your food didn’t even acknowledge you or even say hello. I literally had to say hi twice for him to even acknowledge me. I will not be going to this Chipotle again will drive all the way to the mall and will call corporate seems like this is a known problem at this store and nothing gets done! Horrible Horrible restaurant!! Do better!!!

I had the worst experience at Chipotle. I placed my lunch oder online at 11:24 am for a 12 pm pick up. I pick up my order and rush back to the office ready to eat and see this bowl looked like someone else had been picking through it before me. Not to mention it was missing the corn salsa, black beans and sour cream. I waited until I got off of work to take it back. I walk to the register and ask for a manager. A young man was completing a cater order and came to me when he was done. I explained to him and showed him my meal. Instead of apologizing and replacing my meal This young man told me I had to get in the back of the line to get my meal replaced. I asked for his boss and this other young man who did his name was Anthony and who was very cold and short with me said it was company policy. To send a customer who utilized the company website for convenience to purchase a meal that was not prepared as ordered to get in the back of a long line so the order your employees messed up can be replaced? Absolutely not. I left that place in tears of anger and frustration from the poor and careless treatment I received. Your management truly needs customer service training. I will never purchase from Chipotle again. I do not want any gift cards or free anything from this establishment!!
