The Rumbleseat is 60 seconds from I 91 and 5 minutes from I 90. New England sports bar and grille with 30 televisions including 8 on our heated patio. We carry every NFL game every week and stream soccer matches from all over the world. For soccer fans we are the headquarters for American Outlaws Western Mass. Our menu has something for everyone and features daily specials. We specialize in pizza, jumbo wings (stay away from those little pigeon wings at chain restaurants), half pound burgers, and quesadillas.

Horrible service! The bartenders and servers are rude. They ignore you while they’re on their phones or flirt with each other or other patrons. They’re slow and unfriendly when you do eventually get service. We actually received dirty looks from the bartenders when saying “excuse me” while trying to get their attention trying to break up a ten minute gab session.
We ordered food and it was not edible! Too bad we couldn’t tell our server because they never asked or checked on us again.
I have also never seen such a large warning like this before in the women’s restroom. Thanks… I guess???

Can’t wait to see what kind of rude response the owner is going to give me. Sounds like a pretty tiny guy. Probably the reason why the sign is up.

Looks can be deceiving. Horrible experience. I believe both the chicken and the blue cheese had gone bad. This was my first—and definitely last—time eating here. I only took one bite and had to throw the rest away.

Came here for the first time with a few co workers who recommended it and I had a great time. The place was popping off because it was a Saturday night with live music and we didn’t get there until after 11pm. We were able to get a few seats at the bar after a bit but the bartenders were great, especially since they didn’t slow down for a second because the bar was swarming with people for the entire 3 hours we were there. Got potato skins and wings which hit the spot(I’d just definitely ask for the wings a little crispy next time). Looking forward to going back & I didn’t have to spend an insane amount of money for multiple cocktails & shots for 3 people

We reserved the side room for a retirement party. The space was clean & well organized. That area includes a double-stall bathroom which was also very clean, and well stocked. All in all, an excellent space for a moderate-sized gathering. I would definitely consider it for another event!

Stopped by this bar & grill last Friday with a couple friends after work. The place had a nice laid-back vibe, not too loud but still lively. Our server was friendly and kept the drinks coming without us having to ask twice. I got the bacon burger and fries—pretty solid meal, cooked just right. Prices were fair for the portions. overall a good spot to hang out and grab a bite.

We called a day in advance to ask three questions – if they would have a specific football game on the next night, if they would have audio for the game, and if there would be live music competing with the game. We had people coming from up to 40 min. away so it was important we had somewhere reliable for the game. We were ASSURED they would have the game, there would be game audio, and there would be NO live music.
We arrived at 7:30, plenty of time before the game started at 8:00. We asked numerous times for them to put the game channel on and kept being told, “In a minute.” Thirty minutes later they still hadn’t put the game on and it had started so we closed our tabs and said we were leaving. Then magically, 40 minutes after we had first asked, they figured out how to put the game on at 8:10 so we decided to stay. Then twenty minutes later at 8:30, someone came in with an instrument case and a tip jar. When someone in our party asked if he was playing music that night he said yes, he was supposed to start at 8:30 but he was running behind so probably starting at 9.
Again, we had called in advance to make sure there would not be live music while the game was on and we were ASSURED there would not be. We were left scrambling to find somewhere else in driveable distance for our party of 7 to watch the game because this place wasn’t honest when we called in advance to make plans.

Love the Rumbleseat Great food, staff, vibe and an eclectic group of customers. It is perfect “ local” even for someone who visits once per month for work. It is well run business. One bit of constructive criticism- teach the team how to pour a Guinness. It is not a PBR, a Guinness properly poured is a work of arr.

Went to watch Bo Fitz and the Yankee Celt band on St. Patrick’s Day. The band was amazing! The place was packed and everyone was friendly. Although we didn’t eat, the apps and meals we saw looked and smelled wonderful! We will certainly be back!
