I just absolutely love this place! In my personal opinion, this is the best Mexican food I have ever had! The food is always fresh, full of flavors, not too salty and the restaurant is spotless. The service is consistently impeccable no matter how busy they are, and the restaurant also has beautiful art all around it, which is a very nice touch.
I have tried quite a few things on the menu and the things that stand out to me the most are the Birria tacos, carnitas, chicken dishes, steak dishes, chips, salsa, guacamole… Basically everything!
This is the only place that I have eaten Mexican food in Virginia, where I have not gotten sick. I’ve eaten at quite a few Mexican restaurants in the Norfolk and Virginia Beach area; most of them were loaded with salt and extremely greasy. Every single other Mexican restaurant I ate at, made me very sick except for this spot. I eat fairly clean, no fried or processed foods. I can always tell the quality of the food by the way I feel after. And every time I eat here, I feel amazing!

My three sisters and nephew call this place the five-minute Mexican restaurant, why you might be thinking this place’s food comes out fast the food is hot! It’s delicious! we were practically salivating over our meal. We all love the food from this restaurant, this is where we differ My three sisters love the white sauce I didn’t, they said something is wrong with my taste buds . We loved the service we received on two separate occasions our waiter was amazing the first time we ate at the restaurant our waiter Hector was amazing Hector we appreciate you we came back to the restaurant the second time not just because the food was great but because the service was amazing. The second time our waiter was Juan again we had a fantastic experience, Thank you to both our waiters. Each time we visit the restaurant we have had a great experience.

Go check out Oro Azteca A.K.A as my sisters have renamed it the Five Minutes restaurant because the food comes out promptly nice and hot. My nephew was celebrating receiving his deputy black belt and of course, he wanted his celebration meal from Oro Azteca .

Large menu selection and very nice and clean inside. The service is fantastic! My server Jesus was wonderful, and my food came so fast. Prices are great for the Norfolk area. The taco salad with chicken was good. I would definitely eat here again.

The restaurant had a very pleasant decor and was also clean. We ordered shrimp fajitas, enchiladas, and a shrimp cocktail that was very good. The hibiscus water was delicious. The waiter, Jesus, provided us with excellent service. This was our first visit to this restaurant, and we had a positive experience.

This was my first time here. Chose it because it was within walking distance of my hotel and it was freezing outside. Great choice. The service was awesome. Quick and polite. Very efficient. And the food was amazing! Came out very fast (7 or 8 minutes after ordering) and was super hot and fresh, and tasted wonderful. I even ordered a quesadilla to go but was way too full. Saved it for the next day in the fridge and when I heated it in the microwave it was still pretty darn good. I will definitely return if I’m ever in town again.

Couldn’t decide between the Carne Asada tacos or the Al Pastor so I got both. I think I’d go with the Al Pastor next time it was just better flavor and texture all around.
Best chips and salsa around hands down and they don’t charge extra for it either which is I huge plus’s when you’re drinking your sorrows away.
Speaking of which, I love the skinny margaritas here. Not for health reasons but I hate the flavor of fake sweet and sour mix and these are the only ones on the menu made with fresh juices. Yes, I asked.
Almost forgot about the rice and beans, probably the only establishment I can think of that they are worth finishing.
Anyway, enjoy a meal here, even if you’re alone. You won’t regret it.
