Do not come here. These people care more about saving a dime than providing the value you deserve. I went through the drive thru after work, got parked for 5 minutes (there was no one in line) then got my food. When I got home and took two bites of my chalupa there was no chicken in it. As an Uber driver, I have been there a few times and it is the dirtiest place I’ve pick up from. Staff could care less about customers. No since of urgency to get orders out to customers. Behind the counter I have seen fries , napkins, drinks tops on the floor an employees just walk all over it instead of picking it up. I have waited up to 20 mins to pick up an order when I was the only person in the store. Employees don’t care . It all falls back to management. This is usually the evening crew. I have seen orders sitting on their counter for a good amount of time while the customer in the store sitting at the table waiting for their food. This shows how bad the management team is . How this place even stays open puzzles me.

Don’t waste your time here. I came here on my lunch break, ordered through the drive thru and the lady had me pull around front so they could bring out my order. Fine, but I waited 30 minutes for my food. I almost went inside to demand a refund, and I could tell other people who were waiting out front were doing the same. My quesadilla had barely any cheese on it. How are you going to take 30 mins to make my food and still mess it up? This isn’t even the first time that I had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for my food here but 30 minutes for taco bell is crazy. The workers could not possibly care less either.

I just went here today and it was actually terrible. I first ordered through the drive through and got my food and noticed the messed up my nachos. I went back to complain and they gave me attitude. They gave me my correct nachos and I left. I noticed on the way back they messed my tacos up TOO. I went back a second time to complain again and they gave me attitude. One worker walked away from me while I was talking and would refuse to talk to me. WORST TACO BELL EVER. ps, when i got home i realized the messed ANOTHER THING UP. I ordered the steak dipping burritos and they gave me chicken dipping burritos instead.

Food was fine but the last two times I’ve been there, I’ve waited roughly 30 mins just to receive my food. Workers are unbelievably slow and act careless about efficient time. The drive through was backed up to the street and inside there was barely any people. Would not recommend if you want “fast” food.

Both bathroom floors and toilets were completely soaked! Looked like water but I don’t know.
You had to order on a kiosk that was covered in fingerprints and no sign of hand sanitizer.
They forgot to give us cups for our sodas and the ice didn’t work on the soda machine.
We waited 24 minutes.
When I went up ask for the ranch they forgot, the kitchen was trashed. Items all over the floor, staff dropping things and a girl was touching her hair with gloves on. Disgusting!

Service, food and atmosphere are terrible! You can order 1 hour ahead, 30 minutes ahead, etc and you’ll still be waiting 20 minutes for it to be done. Staff sucks. Management sucks. They clearly do not care.

Messy dining area. Not clean. The sauce napkin station empty and dirty. Food order left sitting as we waited until drive thru person realized it was a dine in order and called us. Employees very very loud could be heard entire time dining.
