Uhhhh….. there appears to be some nasty brown paste all over our tacos and chips… I guess it’s supposed to be guac, but it is literally brown. Probably because we made an order for 11:45 and they called us and told us it was ready at 11:20. Also the lady was extremely rude. It’s probably on us, we should have realized that if you order anything other than the burrito at 2am when you’re getting the munchies, you’re doing Rancheritos wrong.

The mix breakfast burrito never disappoints. When the college dining hall is closed and I’m starving, I DoorDash this. I have now door dashed it 4 times. This is by far the best Mexican in Logan Utah. Also don’t forget to get the pink fresa drink. It’s like a strawberry orchata, it’s amazing

got some food from here last night and got nothing but pure meat in my burrito, i’ve came around 3 times this month to hope it’s just accidental. the food was cold had no sauce and the meat had a horrendous taste to it. it’s sad to say but based on personal experience for the past year it is time to shut this place down for good. i have serious health concerns for people eating here.

Very unassuming location for the amazing food this place offers. Greeted awesome staff that answered all our questions and were very friendly. Went in for breakfast, ordered the breakfast burritos, they weighed 10ths and sooooo good! I wish this place was in my town. I go here all the time! So good!!!

The Absolute Worst Drive-Thru experience I have ever been to. This was so bad, I cant even believe it, I have been to Rancheritos before. AVOID THIS ONE –
The lady on the mic kept saying nothing on the menu was available and over and over again kept asking “Are you ready?” , “Are you ready?”.
Refused to answer basic questions except with the same question. Then pretended not to hear the order.
Like I mentioned Rancheritos is great, but this is the absolute worst service I have ever encountered in any drive thru.
Do yourself a favour and go to any of the other normal places which actually respect and value their customers.
This one is total garbage !

When I purchased a smothered burrito I only received the burrito but no soda and they charged me for everything. I asked for a receipt and the server only closed the window on me and laughed. Very disrespectful and today my husband went and he asked for the same and now they said it included the soda he told the he had purchased one a day before and didn’t get the soda and she said ok and closed the window again. always check your order just incase because they don’t care to even compensate or at least give you a receipt

The food was bad. Birria was dry and not much meat. They put rice in the burrito in stead of beans. I ordered 70$ worth of food and they did something weird to every item. All of it was bad. Not sure if is was personal but I will NOT go back. I love these places but this location is horrible!!!

I love this place and I’m always craving the pastor fries and it’s just a plus that they are open late! Well today Wednesday may 19 I went to buy the the usual but I was disappointed when I opened my plate I got more carbon then meat l tried to pick the best to eat but I couldn’t work with much and it makes me sad to spend my money and still be hungry I just hope they don’t sell anymore bad quality to the customers. I would honestly have been more satisfied to wait for my food and never would have written a bad review then get my food fast and be disappointed. I hope you start doing a better job because if not I’m afraid you will start loosing good customers and they will probably stop going after their bad experience!
