Stopped at Culver’s and had such a great experience! Julian greeted me warmly, we had a great conversation, and he even let me try a couple samples of their flavors of the day ice cream—such awesome service. This is only my second or third time at Culver’s, but I’m already a big fan.
The food is always fresh and delicious—I especially love their cheese curds, and I’m excited to try the new limited sauce they have. The location is very clean, the staff is friendly, and everything is made to order, which makes a huge difference.
If you’re heading west toward Los Angeles from Arizona, definitely stop at this Culver’s—you’ll love it!

Our visit to Culver’s in Goodyear, AZ, was an absolute delight. Jackson, our server, provided top-notch service, being kind, helpful, and friendly throughout our meal. Delicious hot food!! Staff was friendly!! Very clean. Kaitlyn ( I hope I spelled their name right) she was the shift lead and was very kind happy and engaging to all customers. Oh my gosh the best food ever and everyone is so sweet and helpful. Not something is not right they fix it immediately. My family goes here at least once a week plus free ice cream for the kids how great is that!!

Waited 25 minutes for a Chicken sandwich and a Butter burger. Specifically ordered it with no mayo and no tomato
We got home. The chicken sandwich was not a chicken sandwich. They had put two chicken strips on the bun. The butter burger had enough mayonnaise on it for at least three hamburgers.
This has got to be the worst customer service. Train the employees to listen better and double check these orders before we take them out of your store!

My first experience at Culver’s was amazing. I’ll definitely go again. Haven’t tried the food yet but the Frozen custard Concrete Mixer Cheesecake and strawberries is beyond the best I’ve ever had. Since it was my first time there I asked what they recommended and this was it. Even had pup cups for your furry friend, with peanut butter on it! He loved it too.

Came at 10:42 and the drive up computer said “we’re closed.” We pulled up to the window to be told that no we’re not closed but we can’t take your order this way and you need to drive back around to order. Drove around just to stand in line behind another car. We love this place for the food but this kind of service isn’t acceptable.
