First – I NEVER do this review stuff, but I was so impressed I felt like it’s the least I could do. If you want authentic Mexican food, this is the place to go! I ate lunch there yesterday and every bite was like heaven! This was my first visit, but it won’t be my last! The service was great, the waitress was patient and helpful and cheerful, and our food arrived quickly. The prices were very reasonable and the portions were large. I had to get a box to take home about half my food cuz I was so full! Truly delicious food! I’d recommend it to anyone. I can’t wait to go back again!

I have been to this restaurant several times. Last night’s experience was awful. Our server must have been new or didn’t know what she was doing. After we got our drinks and ordered she never came back for refills or the extra salsa we asked for. She kept coming in and out of the kitchen with orders but obviously forgot about us. The food is average but not worth the hassle of terrible service. The only positive note was another waitress came over and tried to smooth things over. She did a good job, but by that time we were just too aggravated to enjoy our meal.

My husband and i having been wanting to try Fajitas for awhile now, and I’m really glad that we did! The food was absolutely delicious! I had a craving for authentic enchiladas for days and i was NOT disappointed at all! It was great. Although it took a few minutes for us to be served initially when we first arrived, once our server came to us, he was respectful, prompt, and very accommodating. Our food came hot and quickly after we ordered it, as did our chips and drinks. The pricing was also very competitive and fair, as many Mexican restaurants can get costly. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting hot, fast, delicious and authentic mexican food in a nice, clean and fairly quiet environment. P.s. the drink specials are great as well!

First time was great, a few months ago. We always order the same meal, Fajitas for Two. The past two times the steak has been disgustingly tough. So much so that it’s impossible to cut our tear, much less chew. When brought to the managers attention he took our complaint as an afront rather than constructive criticism. It obviously became personal to him as he found it necessary to defend himself stating, “I know how to cook a steak”. We expected management to acknowledge the mistake and offer to either fix a new fresh piece of steak or comp off the price of the meat from the bills total. It was the attitude of defending an obvious error and arguing with my mother that led me to write this review, so future diners know what to expect when eating at this establishment. I have since eaten here, at Fajitas, without incident. If we continue to have positive experiences then I will consider reevaluating my review on this site.

Called in order for pick up was told be 20 minutes. Took them 50 minutes to make only 2 meals. I had to ask 4 different people where my order was. The owner didn’t care when I told him i was writing a bad review. He just smiled and said that’s ok. Hope u as the reviewer take this into consideration.

Food was okay but the service was not. We had a large group for a birthday and the waitress probably only came over three times while we were there, which includes the time to drop off the check. If you want good food AND service go somewhere else.

Been to Azteca, and Chili’s and finally tried Fajita’s. Will never go any other place. The best authentic tasting Carnitas and Carne Asada I have eaten on the East Coast, and beats the heck out of most of what I ate on the West Coast. We are a family of 4 and there was something on the menu for everyone. The price was $42 for a family of 4, so I am good with that. The staff were polite, friendly, clean, and though the English wasn’t so great, I am ok with that…it’s a Mexican restaurant. It took a little while to have order taken, but hey, they kept the chips and salsa coming. Once again, I just enjoyed the company of my family.
One warning…unless you like it a little ‘loud’, don’t do on Friday nights. The beer flows cheap and it can get loud, especially being we are a college town. Will definitely go again on a week night. 🙂

Save yourself some time and money and just go to La Fiesta! The Saucy here at the heat is literally taste like tomato sauce with 0 flavor. Ordered the wave us rancheros and was served only eggs over easy rice and beans.. Where the hell’s my red sauce?

I moved back home in 2010 from Tucson, Arizona, and when I got here, I was so BBQ and fresh seafood deprived that this is pretty much all I ate for a couple of years, except for the occasional visit to Arizona. A couple of weeks ago, I developed a craving for Sonoran chilequiles, which is a specialty of Fajita’s. I was shocked that the food was so authentic and so good! They have a different spin on chilequiles (different region) than I was accustomed to, but it was still wonderful. My daughter ordered one of their bar specials, a strawberry margarita–which was the best I’ve ever had. The total came to 39 dollars for three people, and we had appetizers and drank from the bar. I will definitely be back!
