I stopped by just a few minutes before closing since I wanted to try some sweets (even though I’m not usually a big fan of sweets). The lady at the counter was so kind and patient — she explained all the sweets and helped me pick a few. Everything I tried was absolutely delicious!
At billing, my husband mentioned veg puffs, and to our surprise, she sweetly offered us two as a complimentary treat. That small gesture truly made our day!
The sweets were yum, and the staff’s kindness made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the nicest places around for Indian food and groceries. Highly recommend!

This was beyond disappointing. Ordered the Malai Kofta and Punugulu and did not receive the second item or get refunded for it. They didn’t even mention that it was unavailable when I picked up, just crossed it out on the receipt. When I opened the malai kofta, it was nothing like the pictures and had only 4 small balls and nothing else. Safe to say I was still hungry after my $20 “meal”.

Good food, lot of options, decent portions size and affordable prices.

I swing by here on quarterly basis while passing through Portland to shop, it is quite busy and service is quick, amicable and to the point.

I get my fill of cart load of grubs enough to last for a week and for some other folks back in my town. Haven’t been disappointed so far.

Mixed Experience, but Worth It for the Mutton Biryani!

I recently visited this restaurant with high hopes, especially for their Hyderabadi flavors. Here’s a quick breakdown of my experience:

Appetizers:
• Apollo Fish was just average. Instead of the usual crisp texture, it came with a gravy-like consistency, which took away from the dish’s expected appeal.
• Chicken Majestic (Megistric) was disappointing. It resembled a basic chicken fry and didn’t live up to the authentic Hyderabadi version. Definitely below average.

Main Course:
• Chicken Dum Biryani had great flavor, but the masala was surprisingly minimal. If you’re ordering this, definitely ask for extra masala to enhance the taste.
• Mutton Dum Biryani was the clear winner. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and rich – I’d honestly return just for this dish. Highly recommended!

Other Observations:
• The portion sizes are generous – definitely value for money when it comes to quantity.
• Service is quick, even with the crowd, which is impressive.
• Speaking of which, the place tends to be very crowded, and unfortunately, cleanliness isn’t their strong point. The space could use more maintenance.
• Plenty of parking available, which is a huge plus.
• They also have a wide variety of sweets and desserts, so save room for some after your meal.
• Bonus: There’s a grocery section attached with almost everything you’d need, which is super convenient.

Overall Verdict:
If you’re craving good mutton biryani, this place delivers. However, temper expectations for starters and be prepared for a crowded, not-so-clean environment. Fast service and big portions make it worth a visit – just stick to what they do best.

Located inside an Indian grocery store, authentic South Indian dishes served from a deli counter. Friendly service despite coming in during the lunch rush hour. Very popular spot as there were countless pickup orders being made.

Not worth the wait. If you go, make sure the cashier writes it down for the cooks that you want the food to be medium or mild, otherwise it will be ultra spicy. Today was my second time here. The kitchen is as badly organized as it was months ago. When you think you are ready to order, you’ll find out that this, that, and the other thing are not available or that they are going to take 30 or 40 minutes to make. Because of the wait time, they discourage us from ordering any dosa plate. They said they could only make two naans at a time. Essentially, the dosa and naan-production part of the kitchen seems to be on the critical path.

Photo: after eating just the fish part of the $14 fish curry special, which came with just one chapati. They took another half hour to make a second chapati. It would have taken another half hour to have them remake a non-spicy version of the curry

Great food at an amazing price to portion ratio. Great flavor in large portion sizes. The chicken fried noodles was my favorite. Waits can be long, so be sure to pre-order online for pickup.

Update, came back last night and tried more goodies and we were not disappointed. The gobi Manchurian (cauliflower/vegetarian) was sooo good and we tried the masai kofta, another winner and will be a new staple. We also tried the chicken tikka and it was melt-in-your-mouth good.

This is not a sit down restaurant. It’s a restaurant and some tables in an Indian supermarket. They were slammed because of Diwali. The food was great and we will be back. We got chicken 65 as an app and it was spicy. We got a cheese dosa and palak paneer which were great and a mango lassi which was also very good.

After a lot of hype, we tried this restaurant, but it was not up to the mark. Out of all the items we ordered, only the veg Manchurian was good. The egg noodles were the worst I’ve ever had, and the biryanis were just so-so. Overall, the experience wasn’t that great.

There are two sides to this place, there is the store side and then the restaurant side. The store side is great lots of different foods to pickup. They also have a lot of different spices that you can purchase. I really like the frozen section.
The restaurant side is also great. They have a case full of Indian sweats and other treats. The food is really good, we always like the goat biryani and samosas. Can’t wait to go back here. I would recommend this place for good Indian food.
