This place lives up to the hype. A couple of my co-workers have been here and loved it. We ordered take out for my wifes birthday and everything was truly delicous. Packaged grwat for takeout. Super clean establishment, bright inviting interior. Our kids loved tge chicken, biscuits, frys and mashed potatoes. We will definitely be back.

I went to HALAL CHICKEN place after long long time!! Unfortunately its happened gain!! On 12/18 everything for chicken pieces and tenders. I specifically mentioned before place an order ” make sure it should cooked or fry all the way” however its a same when I went there long long time ago and stopped coz of blood was coming out while we were eating very disgusting.

Ordered their deal from uber eats for buy one get one free item, received their zinger burger and a crispy chicken sandwich. They both were so bad, chicken was fried multiple times and was chewy, corners were not even chewable. Idk why they bring those deals out when they can’t keep up with the quality! They literally went downhill with their quality. We used to order from them almost every other week but since last three four time their quality has gotten worst! Please don’t waste your money!

Stopped here on our way through town avoiding traffic. Was so happy to have found them! We walked in and were greeted by a helpful employee who offered a few recommendations to our crew. Everything we got was fantastic! The biscuits were awesome with a slightly sweet topping. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was awesome! The rice bowl was my sons favorite, he got the sauces on the side and enjoyed mixing them per bite for different tastes. My husband got the broasted chicken dinner with fries. The chicken was fantastic and very moist and flavorful. The fries were seasoned and great! I am actually very disappointed we don’t have one of these closer. Would 100% stop again!

I placed my order at 9:47 PM and then received a call saying it was canceled because their “last order” time is 9:45 PM — just two minutes earlier. However, their website clearly states they close at 10:00 PM. If the actual cutoff time is 9:45 PM, that should be clearly disclosed to customers.
I had already informed my guests that the food was coming from Hollywood Bucket. If I had known the order would be canceled over a two-minute difference, I would never have told them. It was truly embarrassing and very disappointing.
This experience was handled poorly and does not reflect good customer service.

I tried their 3-piece chicken meal, which comes with fries, a biscuit, and a small side of coleslaw. It was about $15, and I ordered it to go. The chicken was made to order, so it was still piping hot when I got home. The fries were seasoned and tasty, and the chicken was tender with less fat than I expected. The biscuit was slightly sweet and very moist. Nothing was bad, but nothing really stood out either.
However, I went during a non-busy hour and hesitated at first because there was garbage under the tables that made walking in less pleasant. The garbage bin were completely full to the top. I tried it once and am content with the meal, but I won’t be running back given how the place is maintained.

The first time we ordered from here, we were seriously impressed. The chicken wings were piping hot and super crunchy, and the fries were just as good. Plus, they gave us a ton of food, which was awesome.
But the second time around, things weren’t quite as great. The chicken wings weren’t crispy, and the mac and cheese was just okay. On the bright side, their biscuits were still amazing!
Overall, while our second visit didn’t quite hit the mark, the first experience and those delicious biscuits make this place worth trying.

Every time I go to this spot the staff is extremely kind, the food comes out in a reasonable span of time and the flavor is PERFECT! The regular and spicy fried chicken, gravy, potato wedges, and honey biscuits are all done to perfection.
The staff take good care of the restaurant and it has always been clean whenever I go. If you go enough they might even give you an extra biscuit or two out of appreciation ;). Highly recommend this location if you want to throw down some of the best fried chicken in Chicagoland.
