I just wanna say how great my experience was and my food was after having a day in the past couple months that I had, it was so nice to have wonderful service great food and a nice atmosphere. My server Kristin went over and beyond for me and my best friend. She was so kind and so friendly that being a server like I was for 20 something years made me feel good to know that there’s still great ones out there so if you’re looking for a good place to eat grate service, and a wonderful atmosphere Go to Reno‘s try the deep fried pickles they were amazing. My steak was on point. The sweet potato is amazing. Their homemade butter and roll rolls are my fave.

Madison took really good care of us. She was warm and attentive but also efficient and professional. Food was great, steak was cooked properly and well seasoned. We showed up 1hr before close and no one says a thing about it.

We had heard good things, and expected more, maybe it was an off night. It was a Monday night and slow inside, they seemed to only have one person waitressing and bartending and 2-3 employees just standing around the hostess stand. It took a while to get our beers and one of our orders came out completely wrong. They had to remake the order and it came out after most of us were done eating. I will say the beers are large, the Mac n cheese was good, the salad was excellent, and the rolls are better than the other “roadhouse” in town.
The steak was pretty salty, rice was mush, and the fries were less than desirable.
Maybe we will come back but it will be a while.

My wife and I went to Renos Road House to just try it out. We were pleasantly surprised, we ordered the rib eye steaks and the were cooked exactly to order. The steaks were wonderful, juicy, tender and great flavor. The Baked potatoes were excellent as was the Cole slaw. The service provided by Kristen was excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant and we will retrun

Stopped in for lunch and had a good meal. Our server was Desirae, and she was lovely.
Ordered the Cheesy Spuds, Bubba Burger, Grilled Chicken Salad, and Monterey Chicken.
All were good.
Salads come with small chunks of skin on cucumber, which was definitely a negative mark for us.
Burger was good and had a nice flavor. Fries are fantastic.
Monterey Chicken was a bit small on the portion but was delicious.
The only issue was a piece of aluminum foil inside a baked sweet potato – evidence the kitchen left the foil intact when they cut the potato. It’s not a huge deal, but unpleasant.
They do charge a $2 premium to use cards.
Overall, it was a good experience and we would eat there again. Would recommend.

My husband and I come here anytime we want a really good steak not cooked at home. We drive about an hour to eat here if that says anything. The food is always great. The servers that we have had have always been great. One or both of us usually get a mixed drink and they are always great. We have never had a bad experience here. Would highly recommend. He tried the coleslaw and trust me when I say he is extremely picky about coleslaw and he really liked it. Will always come back for a good steak.

Great price! The steaks were amazing, with no fat or gristle. The 10 oz. option is the best deal for your money. The coffee was freshly made and had the perfect amount of roasted flavor. We will definitely be going back.

All I ever get is a side salad & fries, and when I’m finished eating, I’m as full as if I had had the biggest steak they offer. They have the best ranch dressing ever! And the rolls are awesome, too!
