Went here for Easter Ham Dinner.
Was absolutely delicious.
My best bud had the Turkey dinner and loved it.
Everything was fresh and very tasty with great refills on their delicious coffee w fresh cream. And can’t forget they’re fresh hot biscuits.
Price was great!
Service was excellent.
They’re menu has expanded with many items to choose from. Some new items I can’t wait to try.
Will definitely make many returns.
Thanks Bob Evans for always making our meals great and keeping your old time standards.

We ordered 2 adult and one children’s Thanksgiving dinners for a 2:30 pickup time. It took 20 minutes for parking in fairness was not completely their fault. I stood in line with my 6 year old son for just shy of an hour and a half to get our food. All customers were confused and the pickup line was confusing to the sit down customers. The employees were confused and were trying their best to figure out what to do. The customers were upset but in my opinion were exhibiting the holiday best and did not go off on the employees. Other locations had a system that was efficient and smooth in the past. Last year it was about a 15-20 minute wait so it was not that bad. This year was horrible. At checkout the manager upgraded our children’s meal to an adult, which was nice. We still paid full price and I left a $10 tip for the staff. When we got to my mother’s house the lids were not put on properly and 2 of the meals were spread across the bottom of the bag. The food was not bad and what you would expect from Bob Evans. We made the best of it but my mom was extremely upset. I can appreciate being overwhelmed but if they can not execute the service properly do not offer it. I am grateful my 6 year old son is well behaved and was great. I felt bad for the seniors and other parents with small children that were not so fortunate.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Our food was so fresh that you could see the steam coming off the chicken tenders before and after we cut them…this was my husband’s first time eating at Bob Evans, and he gave everything at 10/10. We finished our meal off with dessert, and firstly, it was so cute! It came with a chocolate moo cow on it!

This place smells like a dirty armpit. Food droppings all over the floor. Filthy tables. Waited over an hour on our food. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place is rat infested. Food was awful. Don’t believe me ? Go see for yourself.

Great place for a breakfast, especially as travellers who visit the United States on Thanksgiving weekend!

$25 for Thanksgiving food, lots more Plate was visible instead of food(tiny portions for this price), it was cold, rubbery, tasteless and microwaved at best. No gravy on my meat. Asked for more. Have eaten better at gas stations. Server was nice, can’t blame her for food quality. Kitchen should be slapped for serving that trash. Will not return.

Great dining experience, friendly and attentive staff who didn’t rush us to turn the table over for new customers/tips. If you’re familiar with Bob Evans they always have all those cute, funny feel like “home” knick-knacks to peruse should you end up waiting for a table.

I loved the hostess, but our server saw my kids arguing over crayons and grabbed their wrists to stop them from arguing. She was trying to help I guess, but It was a bit more than over stepping to me. As a previous server myself I would have never ever done something like that to someone else’s kids. I didn’t talk with the manager or anything, I just wanted to eat really fast and get out of there.

Ordered online, specifically ordered banana bread X2. Picked up order and took it home. The breakfast items were good but the hash browns portion was about two tablespoons each. Then when we went to eat our banana bread 90 minutes later and discovered biscuits instead. I called the store and spoke to kayle who giggled and said they are all out of banana bread and thats why I got biscuits. Thats it, you get what we have available, not what you orderd.

September 2021: My brother was visiting from out-of-town and we needed a quick bite to eat that was near Great Northern Mall. I wanted to take him to a non-national chain restaurant (and explore the more unique places in the Land), but my options were limited due to time and we needed to jump on the freeway for an early morning road trip. We settled on Bob Evans…

We each got the Farmer’s Market Breakfast (2 pieces of bacon, 2 scrambled eggs, hash browns, and 2 slices of french toast). It is not a true 3.0 rating, but somewhere in the 3.4 – 3.8 range.

Pros:
* The restaurant is clean and has a fresh open feel to it.
* The decor was inviting.
* The staff was friendly, but very busy as people were pouring in for the morning rush.
* Food was good. Not great, but edible.
* Reasonable prices

Cons:
* The the food was good, but not as good as I remember back 5-10 years ago. My guess is that biscuits and gravy are their specialty.
* The bacon tasted like it was microwaved instead of fried. I know that it seems petty, but there is a difference in taste.
