Tried this place out because we were craving some Jamaican food. Loved that they have lunch species until like 6 PM The jerk chicken was tender, flavorful, and generously sauced. The mac and cheese was creamy and definitely one of the highlights. The portion sizes were excellent and easily enough for two meals, which we really appreciated. The rice was just a bit dry for our taste, cabbage was okay also, but everything else was worth the come back to NJ!

The BEST food ever! Sometimes you have to go to a place where you have to wear a Bullproof vest! It was crowded for a reason n worth the wait. The portions are huge, right price, n so flavorful. I drove 40 minutes to get this food because it is worth every bit. The food is very filling too n perfect! From the mac n cheese to the Red Snapper in all. They even have a vegetarian platter too. Will definitely comeback but early in the day not at 3.

My go-to favorites are the stew chicken and stew fish—both are seasoned perfectly, tender, and always hitting the spot. And let me talk about the sides… the mac n cheese is SLAPPING every single time. Creamy, cheesy, and baked just right—honestly you’ll want to order extra.
And if you catch them on the weekend mornings, don’t miss their Ackee & Saltfish. That’s a specialty item and it’s only served on weekend mornings, so you already know it’s something special. It’s one of the best I’ve had—real Jamaican breakfast vibes.

Was craving for some jerk chicken so I was recommended this place at work. Pretty easy to get to, nice place and lively indoor restaurant.
Ordering was quick, waited a bit to make it fresh but it was worth the wait. The jerk chicken was tasty with the right spices. Rice and peas were cooked well. Plantains were average but the Mac and Cheese is great!
Will definitely come back next time to get the chicken that I recommended but just with the rice and peas and Mac and Cheese sides.

The food at this location is usually good; however, the customer service is extremely inconsistent. One front-counter employee with curly hair was openly rude and unprofessional when I asked about my order. She raised her voice at me and refused to provide service because I did not have a receipt, claiming she does not remember the orders she takes—even though there were barely any customers in the store. This behavior was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment.

If you order from this restaurant and they don’t have your order, they will not cancel it and argue with you to cancel your order. If you cancel DoorDash will not reimburse you because the restaurant accepted the order and state that have began making the order. So the restaurant will have to cancel since they are the one’s is unable to fulfill the order. I told the lady even sent a screenshot to the Dasher to show them, I will not be refunded if I cancel and that they will have do it per DoorDash support but instead I was cursed out and forced to take whatever substitute they had though its something I don’t eat! Or I cancel so they get paid for a product will not receive!! Also they will give you food you don’t order too so they can make money!The lady told me to take what they have and hang up in my ears! They are dishonest and very disrespectful and I will not be supporting their business again! P.s if you leave the order long enough they eventually cancel after they claim they can’t cancel and they don’t have the option! Lies!!! Be careful, this is my second time going through this and I will not support them again, as regular customer this was very disappointing!!
