NEVER AGAIN!

I wish I could score ZERO stars.

These pictures were taken within 2 minutes of delivery. I live within a 2 mile radius of Taco Mac.

The food was stale, old, cold, inedible and smelled like old grease. This is so repulsive and disrespectful to serve to patrons.

I guess Taco Mac has top tier liability insurance which is why they don’t care about botulism and food poisoning.

They need to be shut down to comfortably see this food, box it up, and serve it to patrons.

Extremely disappointed and I will never patronize another Taco Mac ever.

Ordered a to-go order for pickup tonight with about 40 minutes notice. When we got there the order was not ready and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Reviewed the bag before leaving and noticed no sauces or napkins were included. The hostess had to grab them from the kitchen. Got home to see we received 4.5 carrots with our wings and ordered “all carrots no celery”. Usually when we sit down to eat we have good service but very disappointed with the to-go order service. I came in for a simple to-go order and ended up having one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time — all because of Abby and Marin.

Their energy was incredible. Warm, genuine, and so easy to talk to that we completely lost track of time (and even forgot we were ordering food for a bit ). What could have been a quick transaction turned into 20 minutes of laughter and great conversation, and honestly, it made my entire day.

They went so far above and beyond what’s expected — not just friendly, but truly present and engaging. You can’t fake that kind of hospitality. By the time I left, I felt like I’d made real connections… and I may have even gained two amazing ladies for a Valentine’s night event I’m hosting.

Taco Mac is lucky to have Abby and Marin. They are exactly the kind of people who make guests want to come back again and again. Please recognize them — they are absolute gems.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was absolutely delicious, and everything was presented beautifully. What made the evening even more memorable was our server, Stacey. She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and had such a friendly, welcoming energy. Stacey anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made us feel genuinely cared for. It’s rare to come across such impressive service—she’s a real gem! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to friends.

Had a great time with my daughter. The food was great. Had a little snack some Mac and cheese a Mocktail and some fries. I guess we came during a shift change or something because it was A little hard to get the attention of the wait staff though it was not very crowded at all in the restaurant at the time. The bar staff that did help us was very pleasant and kind. Lots of Televisions playing all different types of content from sports to YouTube shorts. I’ll have to come back and try more of the menu some time.

1 year ago I left a 4 star ☆☆☆☆ review. My family frequents this restaurant at least once a week on average… sometimes twice a week during my son’s soccer season. We love the loaded nachos, mozzarella sticks, chicken BLT salad and burgers.

I deleted that review and am now leaving a 1 star ☆ review.
Over the last several months, service has drastically declined. It takes longer and longer each visit to get seated and get food served in a timely fashion. TONIGHT was the last straw. We sat an hour and a half before getting our meals. Our server wrote our orders correctly, but the kitchen sent orders out missing things. It took 20 minutes to get drink refills.
One young gentleman was standing at the hostess station for an hour only to be told his to-go order was lost. Only half of the tables were filled and they still couldn’t run things smoothly.
This location COULD be a gold mine, but continues to be understaffed and lacks anything resembling “quality service”. At this point it’s become completely unacceptable.
You just lost a family of 4 that eats here at least once a week. Its a shame… you should run your business more responsibly and CARE about the young people you employ and local families that keep your business afloat.
80% of the patrons were complaining, frustrated and disappointed. There was a dozen people waiting an hour for to-go orders.
We’re done until / IF things improve.

If I could give this location negative stars that would be more appropriate. We put in an order for Super Bowl Sunday way ahead of time through Uber Eats for pickup and they said they not only had no record of it, the manager Travis told my fiancé multiple times that they couldn’t cancel it and that it was all Uber’s fault. Tons of people were waiting for their orders and no one could get straight answers. Travis made no effort to make it right and it was clear that the restaurant was completely in chaos and not at all prepared for the number of orders you should expect for the Super Bowl. They could just close ordering if they can’t fulfill that kind of volume. Gave up and got burgers elsewhere, which sucks because we do like their wings a lot.

I recently moved back to the area. After being gone for several years, I was craving the classic Taco Mac experience. My brother ant I went to watch the Falcons game. I honestly had a great time. The wings were great! That homemade ranch dressing is freaking great, and I had forgotten how good it was. I tried the wedge salad and some wings and really enjoyed it. Great game day atmosphere too with cheering fans around. Thanks TMac! I will be back for the next game.
