IF i could give a 0 ⭐️ I would! I Went to the drive through this afternoon. Repeat my order million of times! She still got my order wrong! Went inside to get my order corrected. The manager didn’t really say much but the drive through person was very rude! First I couldn’t really understand what the hell she was saying with her attitude and her accent but I was trying to be nice and tell her that there was a messed up on my order. I was even planning to pay extra to correct my order. Long story short we ended up getting to a big argument and what’s funny is the manager just had her back turned acting like she didn’t even hear or care about what happening! It just shows who was running that place! I have people warning me about this location. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION !!

ROOM for improvement across the board. COMMUNICATION was a major obstacle. Employee at the cash register was not fluent in English and had a hard time counting dollars & change vs paso’s or centavos. With that said the employee was doing their best to do the job. It was obvious the employee was OJT ( On The Job Training) Chicken was heat lamp and not fresh like KFC or other fast food. One employee put two pieces of chicken back onto a serving tray after they had falling off onto the bear metal rack that the food trays set on. QUESTIONABLE food safety issues. Won’t be going back.

The staff is friendly, the prices are good, the drive thru is fairly quick (about 12 minutes in line, behind 4 cars.) Unfortunately, the food was 1/4. The fries were good! That’s it. The chicken was flavorless, like someone forgot to season it? It was like eating crunchy water. The okra was overcooked, some pieces blackened, the biscuits were rock hard, cold and dry.

No acknowledgment when you come in the location I sat at the counter for 13 minutes while they made an order and NEVER said I’ll be with you in a moment or hello or ANYTHING!!!! Service this poor should and has to be reported! Yall gotta do better in how you treat your customers! This is my first and LAST visit here!

Best priced, Best tasting, largest pieces of chicken than any other local options (KFC, Popeyes, Cane’s, Zaxby’s, etc). Great service. Great family and budget options all the time. No coupons ever necessary. Hot and delicious. Highly recommend.

I went on 10/31/25 at 9:15 pm and the drive through girl rudely told me they weren’t going to make anymore chicken for the night. Terrible , they close at 10:00 pm. Bad business.
