When I was given the blueberry lemonade from our order it was still yellow so I tasted it to see if it was a “color free” blueberry lemonade and there was definitely no blueberry flavor so I asked the another girl who was placing the orders on drink counter if there was blueberry syrup in it she very shortly and rudely said “there is” and I said ok nicely and stated I was just asking bc I didn’t taste or look like it because it’s still yellow. She very obviously ignored me and walked away. The lady behind us in line was telling me how rude they are to her every time she stops inside.
Then my family and I received countless dirty looks, like a little high school child, from the girl that I asked about the blueberry syrup WHAT GOES AROUND COMES BACK AROUND. Should be very careful how you treat people. One may never know when you will cross paths again.
The manager and the owner should review the cameras the morning of this date and do something about it! I am reading several bad reviews on here. Your staff reflects your business. SHAME
EDIT: Decided to give them yet another last chance and they finally got the croissant with just cheese. BUT it was the wrong cheese and they cooked it with the egg still on it and then took it off so there’s only bits and pieces of the cheese still actually on the bread. We have decided to go to one further away and they have not once gotten our order wrong. No excuses.
Well first thing when the lady working the drive through window went to hand is out ice coffees before she even opened the window I noticed they were dark, meaning no cream or sugar was added. I told the lady and she apologized and immediately went to fix our drinks.
As she handed me my corrected ice coffees she handed me my 20 count donut holes and closed the drive through window. I looked in my donut box and the were all Glazed donut holes! Not assorted like I asked! She never said anything while ordering at the menu about being out of assorted and only having glazed.
*Politely when she came back to the window I asked her if they were out and she said “YES”
again I was very polite and I said ” why did the person taking my order not tell me they were out of assorted and instead take it upon their self and give me 20 glaze munchkin donut holes instead of just asking if I wanted them substituted or something else in their place?
+If I wanted all glazed munchkins I would of asked for them all to be glazed-
The young lady’s face was shocking when I did not want the 20 glazed and was handing them back . Like I was supposed to just accept the munchkins and ride on. NOPE not me I want what I paid for.
The Dunkin employee then stuttered and said they were out of munchkins! I said ” all of them! Really?” I asked for something in its place like a big donut or two since you gave me these and I can’t take these home, especially when I have kiddos expecting Jelly, chocolate munchkins.
“She then said oh wait I think we have some cooling in the back for later. I tried to hand her the 20 glaze back she said keep them, so I did.
When she handed me the new replacement munchkins I immediately felt them and they were not cooling off. They were not hot nor fresh. They felt as they had been sitting all day!
[* I personally know what a Dunkin donut looks like sitting all day. ..hint hint I use to be a general manager in the Nashville surrounding area for nearly 3 years..
As she handed us the munchkin donuts she closed the drive-thru window and I pulled off.. it was then that we realize we did not get our toasted bagels with cream cheese. So I pulled back around and I let my spouse go inside cause he knew my mouth at this point would have been respectful but I would have let it be known that this customer service was 100 lazy and this Dunkin Donuts sucks and I would have been demanding to speak to management about unorganized poorly customer service we receied.
Lastly when he came out with our bagels and we opened them up they were extremely over coked one was and the other was a halfed cooked one side and a side that was never tosted! There was barely any cream cheese on these bagels at all! The picture shows it all. Shame on you Dunkin Donuts on Jefferson. I should have just eaten breakfast at home or went to Starbucks and spent that extra dollar for better quality and service. But I grew up on Dunkin as a child living up north. but damn times have changed. I was so disappointed in the lack of customer service they gave us which was a 0-1 for effort for showing up to work cause the good old Lord knows people don’t want to work these days.. . Looking at Dunkin today, the chaos of the lack of care of their job duties the poor communication and poor customer service skills and no organization made me realize how I used to run my stores and how I truly miss it and regret the decision moving and leaving that job behind. Management is the key to success and can surely get that store out of limbo.
This is not my first bad experience there it has been over 20 and he lost count. Many other people i have come in contact with have had the same if not similar experience there..
Y’all can do better.
Team work, close mouth don’t get fed up.
