Horrible service and management! Very rude employees!! Waited at the speaker for over 10 minutes before driving to the pick up window just to wait another 10 minutes before being acknowledged by any employee when the window was open and several passed by laughing and looked to be horse playing! Once the lady finally came to the window, she made me drive around so they could type in my mobile order code, which I don’t understand why she couldn’t do from the window. So, I drove around again to wait another 10 minutes at the speaker before they would even acknowledge I was there. Finally, Then they told me that they cannot take drive-through orders, even though it was already a mobile order and the order was already placed and paid for.

Went through for a late night meal after work, 30 min prior to closing. Order 2 mcdoubles and a small Fry. Got home and the buns were stale. Pic is of me pushing on the bun and it doesn’t move at all. Frys were luke warm almost cold. Then come to find out after talking with my wife all the buns from her and the kids sandwiches were stale as well and that was 4 hours prior to my arrival at the same McDonalds. I even use to work at a McDonalds in the past, we never had sandwiches just sitting out at the end of the night. We hated those that ordered with in the last 20 min but we still made fresh food for everyone. This is horrible. We need better places open later for late night meals in town.

I just want to say that this was by far the best McDonald’s I have visited in YEARS. We had very friendly service and I let the woman at the drive-through know this. She had such a pleasant attitude that I felt I needed to tell her what a wonderful job she was doing. I never had food that was cooked to perfection like the food we received from this McDonald’s. The hash brown was golden and perfect and not greasy. My mother and my sister was totally amazed at the quality of the biscuits and gravy. Keep up the excellent work. Job well done. If I could give more than five stars I surely would

They had no idea what our order was. After giving us our food, they had us pull forward to wait for our drinks and never brought them. We just left after we ate our food because I don’t think I could have been nice if I went back for my drinks

Slowest McDonald’s in have ever been to. Multiple times I’ve had to call because my order was wrong. How can they be so slow and still not get it right? I would go to another location but this is the only one near work. Over 20 minutes in the drive thru for one breakfast meal.

It took 35 minutes to get my order today inside. It was just a hamburger meal. There were multiple times when there was no one at the front counter for at least 10 minutes. I counted at least seven people working in back, so I don’t think it is.just a lack of staffing issue. Will not back to this location.

My last time coming to this place. I constantly wait forever for food every time I’m here. Not to mention pulling people up to wait even longer for no reason. The Lawrenceburg location is 10 times better and faster.

Pulling people forward to make your numbers is insane. Absolute joke to sit and wait for food for 30 plus minutes. Might want to start telling people how long the wait is like its a papa John’s delivery order.
