Service here was so bad. Waited and waited for someone to come take our order. Bathrooms are locked. I ordered my food and mentioned I needed the bathroom. The worker ignored my request. Some random person came in shouted for the bathroom in which the person taking our order gave the code out. The bathrooms have a code which isn’t easy to get the key pad to turn on and open the door. Bathrooms were disgusting.
Workers didnt care at all to be there and were rude.

I asked for the code to the bathroom mind you I’m door dashing, the guy said you have to be a paying customer, I said I’m dashing I need to use the bathroom he said without someone paying for food you can not use the bathroom I said that tttttt had already paid for his deliver and that I need to go to the restroom please he then said piss in the floor your not a paying customer and your not getting the code. So I left and dropped the order and will not deliver ever again for this one.

Not only was the staff friendly and helpful, but they are outstandingly efficient. Got a large order and it was only 2-3 minutes and I was eating. Must try the Cantina stuff 🙂

So this taco bell across from Wendy’s has now put a code on there door for the bathroom and now if u do not buy food they won’t let you use the bathroom when it’s a PUBLIC BATHROOM I spend tons of money here when ever I want to eat taco bell I am pregnant and had to use the bathroom really badly and they refused to unlock it so I could use the bathroom how pathetic is this these restaurants are getting ridiculous and rude I mean seriously I’m pregnant that’s not even right it highly upsets me all the money I spend here at this taco bell and can’t even use the bathroom this world is cruel and evil I would have sued them if I would have had an accident it’s supposed to be a PUBLIC BATHROOM I WILL BE KEEPING MY MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR SURE ITS PATHETIC THEY REFUSED ME THE BATHROOM

Horrible. Spent $28 for very mediocre food. Crunch wrap had no crunch. Very subdued flavor. Had to order on the screens. The door nearest the parking was locked. A lot of very load voices in the kitchen and they were not talking about food. Nobody greeted us. Had to ask for the cups for our drinks. The order took about 20 minutes. The restroom was filthy and smelled. Didn’t have any toilet paper in the holder. I had to manipulate one of those huge rolls. I suffer from acute arthritis in my hands . An employee was behind the counter only briefly. Chairs and bench seating was hard and flat. I typically enjoy Taco Bell. I will be totally avoiding this one.

We went to drive thru and it took about 20-25 minutes to order and get it. Super slow. Food had good taste and was put together nice. Overall decent taco bell except speed of service.

It doesn’t because it’s not, oh and yes the staff very caringly charged me for the additions I did not recieve on literally ANY of the 6 tacos I ordered. They should just close this location all together because their service is always a disaster.

They are always out most of their menu to hear them say it. Especially at nights, the amount of times I’ve went and heard them say “Oh we don’t have any eggs ready.” Or “We’re out of Taco Meat, Potatoes, etc.” I ordered breakfast and this is what I received. I tried to contact Taco Bell for a refund like the lady told me. It’s been 4 days and still no reply even after I sent them the pictures of what the “burrito” looked like. This is the worst Taco Bell location.

honestly just thought taco bell was bad until I went to two other locations- this one is just bad lmao. once had metal in my food from them (probably) scraping the grill?? plus, the cinnamon twists kinda taste like car tires, I don’t think they change the oil…
