Staff are always nice (usually go in the evening). Food is usually very good.
Service can be a little slower, but it’s not generally a problem. This location seems to get a lot of door dash/take out orders that are “invisible” to dine-in customers.

Food came out fast.
Generous portion. I got half nacho and half salad. So perfect for crunch and something a little healthy.
I got the Mardi Gras cookie and it was divine! The middle has a baked in chunk of frosting. I don’t normally like soft cookies but the flavor makes it worth it.

Disappointing… I made a call in order and the pickup time as 16-17 not bad. I actually got there picked up my order and was back on the job site before the pickup time. So they are pretty fast, so now for the bad part. They had burnt the inner toast to the point it was inedible and ruined the sandwich that lacked any condiments. So for nearly $22 I got a dry burnt up sandwich, a side salad, and a lemonade. Pretty disappointing….

I was in town for work, and ordered some takeout food here for dinner. When I gave my name to pickup the food, the woman at the counter said “la la la la what?” I get that my name is unusual but it’s not a joke, and if she didn’t hear or understand what I said a simple “could you repeat that” would have been fine. When I finally got my food the baked potato came with no butter, salt or utensils and was hard to eat. I won’t be back here.

Food was really good. I have the roast beef sandwich with au jous. My friend had to club. Service was a little sketchy with the lady at the counter. 7 people standing in line and they were concentrating on the to-go orders for pick up instead of the people standing.

This is a typical deli and you’ll get what you’d expect with no surprises and in a good location if you want a quick bite of lunch or dinner while traveling along IH-20. I had the horseradish beef and cheddar sandwich with a Caesar side salad and it was tasty and satisfactory.

I’ve been to a lot of McAlister’s, and this one is awful. The restaurant is filthy, the service is poor, and the club sandwich was stale. See the dirt on the ceiling around the vents in the lobby photo. Also, the tables were never cleaned during our entire visit (see photo), and the floor is a greasy mess (see photo, though grease is hard to photograph). The benches at every table were dirty, even for the few that had a clean top. Even though the deli was not busy, no one came by to clean tables or offer refills. It took over 5 minutes to order, even though there were no customers ahead of us in line and there were 4 employees visiting back-and-forth between the counter and the kitchen.

Placed online order for black garlic steak crunch. Pulled up to the window and sat there for 15 minutes for them to tell me they were out of steak and asked me to choose another sandwich. I said ok I’ll take the Cuban. 5 minutes later they came back to the window and informed me they were also out of pork. Told them I’d take the French dip. Arrived at 6:42 and didn’t pull away from the window until 7:20.

Cashier taking the orders isnt very friendly, has a pretty bad attitude,after waiting 45 minutes we left and came back and it was barely ready ,don’t bother getting the 12″ you get 12″of bread 6″ of meat cheese and vegetables
