I wanted a 2 piece meal With mashed potatoes a biscuit and a drink, at the pickup window the girl attitude was not pleasant she began rushing me the moment I pulled up at the window I asked her are you not having a good day? She began sucking her teeth rolling her rolling her eyes I then, asked her for a pack of jelly her attitude gotten worse by then she’s waving her hand at me, and I asked her, what was that, for and she’s still waiving her hand at me. I have another customer behind you. I was trying to put my credit card and my pocket
And I told her they can wait, because she was really starting to piss me off, seems like the jelly set her off. Even more.You are rushing me and you don’t have any customers in the store or out the store. I got to work began eating my food the biscuit was not done but it was brown and hard, I was given beans and rice instead of mashed potatoes.
I will never go back there again the service and her attitude sucks.

Just order a chicken sandwich from this place and was the absolute worst. Should be any reason why uncooked food should be sold to customers where the only thing that was cooked thoroughly were the fries. Selling uncooked chicken sandwich is a health concern and the second time I ran into an incident like this. Definitely reporting this location to the city

I ordered 6 piece lemon pepper wings.
The wings were so shriveled up and dried out. I have no idea what sauce was on there. It wasn’t lemon pepper. Ot was like ghost pepper. I just got off work and not close by but I will bring them back tomorrow. These wings look like they were sitting for 6hrs. So horribly disappointing.

Do not go to this restaurant. The whole team is trash. 3 times I’ve been here and all 3 times my order has been missed up. The most recent is tonight. Ordered a 12 meal (3wings, 3 legs, 3 thighs, 3 breast) with fries and cole slaw via delivery but I received was 6 legs 1 thigh, 1breast, and 1 wing. No cole slaw, no fries but 1 large mash potatoes which I didn’t order. I tried to call but of course they aren’t answering the phone. My husband decided to go to the store and get it fixed or give us our money back. Do yourself a favor and just go to the store on Philadelphia road right by Golden Ring Walmart. They have better service.

Used the drive in was told to pull to the side its a 10 min wait….25 mins go by….nothing I go in and am told oh they forgot…there was no apology no accountability, I also asked for thighs instead of breast and its on the receipt I handed them….3 breasts in the box when I’m home…. I give my 4 y/o son a thigh and it says its hot….turns out they gave him a spicy thigh, first and last time at this popeyes it took everything in me to calm my nerves and walk out the door, never again

Poor service. The young lady who took my oder was talking was talking to someone out the drive-thru window and when they forgot my drink got an attitude with me. I will not go there again. And the red beans and rice are dry.
