There were 5 people working, in mid afternoon, and I had to wait 5-10 minutes to be waited on, though there was no line inside. The shake I ordered (extra thick) was so thin it was like drinking flavored milk through a straw. This was the dirtiest Braums I have ever visited, though none of the “busy” employees were cleaning anywhere I could see.

The place was unclean food all over floor, counters were not clean used paper towels all over counter. Manager came walking by French fry container next thing I noticed his mouth was full of food. Customer then outside informed me Manager wasn’t very nice yelling at employees I didn’t see this but they did. Place needs cleaned up and better Management.

DO NOT DINE IN HERE !!When first walking in to this brams me and my family waited by the counter while watching a circus of employees do nothing and walk around clueless and unguided. Once we got a somone at the counter many other employees ran around in front of her as she tried to work and others sitting around and talking. There had to be atleast 6 workers standing around while only 2 workers did everything. Then there was the who I assumed to be manager yelling at all the employees that where actually working and yelling IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS, not a great sight. He continued giving others orders as he took inventory. Next was the actual dining experience the tables where dirty covered in crumbs and the floors where sticky, there was not a single clean table. The manger was more worried about others things then cleaning his restaurant. Would not recommend going here if you want to actually have a good experience.

This place is nasty, the burgers & fries were cold. Both bathrooms were out of order. The drink station was filthy. We will never go to this Braums again.

Service has gone way downhill recently. Over 30 minutes to get a milkshake – only four people were ahead of us! Employees seem completely untrained in their jobs, were surprisingly rude to each other, and seemed overwhelmed with the limited guests present. Witnessed many employees standing around doing literally nothing while the others tried to do everything. Also watched as employees would use the register then handle food without washing or using gloves. And the seating area was a disgrace. Will not be back any time soon, which is a shame because this used to be a must-visit shop in the past.

Food is always good. But the place is filthy. I’m always confused if the employees are in food service or shop mechanics. Their uniforms are so dingy I would be embarrassed to wear.
