I’ve been ordering from this sonic for years through DoorDash and in person . Sometimes on DoorDash they do miss some things like the cheese sauce . We’ve been enjoying Sonic lately at different locations but this one was a miss. Ordered on the app and the order was slightly wrong and the food didn’t taste fresh as it has at other locations.

Love Sonic but this location always messes up my order. Last time they completely switched an item for something I didn’t order. And they hold cheese sauce for the pretzel twists hostage like they pay for them out of pocket. Its not that hard to pay attention.

I would give Zero stars. The whole reason I enjoy sonic is the fact dining in my car is like a trip to the past where that was kind of the norm. We went here waited in our car at the menu screen for around 15 minutes the whole time I pushed the red to order here button atleast 20 times over the course of my waiting period then we left an went to Burger king.

Worst service!!!! I pulled up and was told to ” hold on a minute” then waited 5 mins with 7 cars beeping behind me. I said hello and was told “I asked you to hold on a min we are short staffed.” So I said ok. Then waited a few more minutes. She came back on saying how can I help you I made my order and my son wasn’t sure of what he wanted because they took the Asian sauce off menu and she goes ” you need to make your order so I can get this in for you” very rude!!! I made the last order and pulled around while waiting for my drinks I told the girl up front that who ever was taking the orders was very rude. While waiting again for the rest of my order she must have gone and told her because she was the one who handed me my food and she said “here’s what you ordered” and shoved it in my face! I am not one to complain but that was uncalled for, I wasn’t making a sceen about it either I could have ask for the manager but I didn’t and was still treated like that! Never going back there!! Not to mention the food was aweful, the chicken was mostly breading and they don’t even toss the sauce on them they throw it on top take a look at the pictures!!!

Fries were cold and stale, lettuce old and tomato was mushy to the touch. . Didn’t even have the decency to fully coat the chicken in bbq sauce. Only good thing was drinks and slushy.

First time trying Sonic and I was very happy with the experience. The double sonic smasher wowed me and the fries were also crispy and great. The pretzel twists were fresh as well as soft on the inside. I highly recommend this location.
