The ONLY fast food burger I’ll eat. The 2 Whopper Jrs for $5 is the best deal anywhere for REAL meat, tomatoes, onions, mayo etc! Drive thru open late is so helpful.

Same on 11/21 around 830 and it wasn’t very busy but when we walked in everyone was leaning on the counter and just talking and looked at us like we were interrupting them. We waited a moment and then a guy took our order with zero enthusiasm and didn’t say hello or thank you or anything. The place was also a huge mess, and there were flies, despite them having time to lean around and talk.

NO ONE WORKING. We went to Burger King at about 8:30pm and the store was open and no one was taking our order thru the drive thru. We drove around and saw through the windows, kids working there and chatting in the back. Swung back around they started to take orders (2 cars ahead of me) then my burger tasted like it was made yesterday; bread thin and hard (my son’s was just fine) and my onion rings tasted rancid. Went back around to replace and they were gone again. I went to southchase and got excellent service…terrible management. Just dont bother. Goto the SouthChase location where Isabelle the mgr will take care of you. She replaced my terrible meal. She was an angel.

This place is obviously not under the good management anymore. I have been going there for 20 years and for some reason it has rarely had decent food and they almost always get your order wrong. I ordered a family bundle this evening and received 3, rock hard woppers with liquefied tomatoes and Mayo, as if it had been in the steamer for hours. It was disgusting!

This is an update to my original review. Chicken sandwich is old, lettuce is old, and onion rings are old! Fountain drink not mixed properly! Ridiculous!

Place should close. Line is always long, then you finally think you are next to place your order, and there is complete silence. No one takes your order. One employee is not enough to run this Burger King, it should not be legal. Save yourself the trouble, go to McDonald’s!

I don’t even write reviews but the service here was horrible I rarely come here but I wanted to try the fish sandwich and I decided to get a Hershey pie first of all they charged me $1 for 2 slices of cheese and I only wanted one they said they couldn’t do that so I said just take it off got to the window it was taking so long to get it taken off so I said just keep it like that and even then I only got one slice but charged for two the Hershey pie seems like it had a sticker on it for quality but seems as tho it was ripped off and maybe numbers were smudged from the exportation date since I can only see 0922 which is crazy as we are basically in November so on top of being understaffed, never having hot food, bad customer service they are serving months old food. I didn’t even want to go back after waiting so long will be contacting corporate month old food is unacceptable
