THIS PLACE!!! My family LOVES panuchos. Everything on the menu is absolutely amazing! This is always a place I take people who come visit, there is nothing like it. **BONUS** The owner Dani is one of the sweetest, coolest people I have ever met, and I’ve only met her through eating here.

If I lived 100 miles away, I would still drive once a week for their tacos. That might not sound like a long distance, but for a Portlander to even leave their neighborhood? That’s huge.

The service is 10/10. It’s fast, the food is deliciously fresh and is there anything better than shoving cochinita tacos into your gullet and washing it down with a glass bottle coke?

Even the fellow customers are social and fun! No bottle opener? Someone’s got a lighter, or a seatbelt.

There’s no cloth napkins, which means no pretentiousness. The food speaks for itself, because you certainly can’t with a full mouth.

Also, the veggie tacos are amazing! All the leftover filling that spills out? Scoop it up with their delicious corn chips.

The perfect spot for solo eating,
or taking your family for an affordable and healthy meal. There’s no reason you shouldn’t be eating here… and never, ever, turn down their fresh salsas.

OMG! I went there with my husband and a friend after work. It was dinner time. We had tacos and panuchos. It was super delicious. First of all, the quality of food was great. I feel like the onion on top was like home-made pickles.
Also, the rice and bean was very yummy too. It filled my stomach very happily.

I also, ordered tacos “to go” for my parents at home. Even the food got cold a bit when I came home, it was still very delicious.

I definitely would like to visit again and I’d love to try Burritos next time.

Also, they have very nice customer service. Even though they kept having other customers coming, the guy tried to take care of us who were sitting in a table.

Very delicious food!
Very nice people!

Best tacos in Portland, and I don’t say that lightly. Pastor was juicy with great char and flavor (and pineapple!), but the cochinita panucho was the highlight. Never even seen anyone offering that in the whole state. Very friendly and I got my food fast to boot

We loveeee El Yucateco!! Their staff is so friendly and they are always accommodating. I’m from Texas, so finding authentic Mexican street food so close to our house on 122nd is a dream come true. We usually get either burritos, the taco plate, tortas, or the House Bowl. Everything is always super fresh, flavorful, their salsas are delicious, their Al Pastor is soooo good, and their horchata is ‍

An absolutely FANTASTIC burrito. We got the Oregon burrito and a vegetarian. The latter, we added fries. Both were excellent, big, thicc, two-meal burritos. I mean, maybe one meal if you gorged yourself.

Anyway, the person who took my order was very kind. And I felt compelled to also get a horchata. It was very tasty. GET IT

I ordered a house bowl with pastor and the horchata shake with boba and jellies. This was my first time eating here and all I can say is they are so friendly and the food tasted like homemade with love. The green salsa is that awesome smooth light green kind I don’t see very often. Horchata shake is perfectly sweetened and it’s huge.

Really looking forward to trying more from their menu.

Got the breakfast burrito. $11. Pretty average. Nothing spectacular. It was pretty stacked but had mostly potato and cheese and barely any chorizo or eggs for protein.

Update: tacos are good
Recommend the Al pastor and the carnitas. Sauces was flavorful and stacked. Didn’t get to try the carne asada as they ran out. Next time!
