Not only did they mess up my order, after waiting over 15 minutes for a small order… but when I asked for it to be corrected it took another 12-15 minutes for one item..
And they came back and tried to charge me for it. Turned out they messed up the order on the receipt initially and added one of my items as a side of my meal instead of my fries… Then instead of correcting it, tried charging me for those fries. After waiting 30 minutes for my fries… I was not willing to pay for their mistake. I handed back the fries and left extremely disappointed.
Love Sonic but would 100% not recommend this location. Extremely unprofessional and they were rude. I’m not always a “side with the customer” or “the customer is always right” type of person but this was 100% their fault and they wouldn’t accept any responsibility or own up to their error.
I’m not okay with that kind of mistreatment.. especially since I let them know 15 min in what the error was, and they offered to correct it… And then, 15 MINUTES LATER, still didn’t actually correct anthing… Incredibly frustrating!

I love their garlic butter butter but their smash burger was to die for. Car hop cld have been nicer and not seem so annoyed. Wld also have been nice to have a bathroom available

i went to sonic and was gonna try the new sweet cream in my dr pepper but when i got it the drink was like 70% half and half creamer or whatever they use and 30% dr pepper maybe not even i was really excited for it and then i go into walmart and come back out to it looking like this

Quaint little place to grab a bite. Nothing fancy or special. Could update their stalls and or screens. Food is always good. Service sometimes a bit slow but to be expected on busy days

Went by the sonic on Lee hwy Bristol Va, at 11Pm on Oct 3. A guy took our order of 2 shakes 2 corn dogs and 2 waters. There was a few other vehicles in the parking lot. We watched as the carhop brought everyone’s order to them and they left until we was the only customer in the parking lot, the time now was 11:25 we wait a few mins and a guy comes out goes to his truck smoking pot stinking up the parking lot. I push the button
And a girl responds to take my order, I said we have been waiting 30 mins for our order she says what did you order? I tell her, she says we don’t have no order, I say I placed it 30 mins ago she says I’m sorry we don’t have no order for spot 8 then I say well can you take my order? She says yeah as I start to tell her the order she says oh wait no I have your order here, I will
Get it together and gives me the total again. We set and wait a few more mins still no one
Shows up so we left. As I drove around the building 3 people was standing inside talking I believe 2 girls and the guy. I have never had such horrible service at a sonic as with the ones that was working at the one on Lee hwy in Bristol.

Food is great but I’ve been sitting here for 15 mins waiting on a burger and fries while other people are ordering and getting their food before me. This is ridiculous. Also the stalls are simply too small to fit anything other than a small car.

The burger was a assembly line burger. Meat has been cooked for a while. Not even Luke warm…however…it was a good burger. The BBQ sauce made the burger much better I think.

Waited in line for 30 minutes and there was only one car ahead of me. Paid 52$ for 3 meals. Asked 3 times for ranch and ketchup because I have picky kids at home and that’s arguably the most important part. Got no ranch or ketchup.
The worst part about the visit is the girl comes out with 2 trays, can’t take my card so she tries to rest one of the trays on my car. I go to take it from her because I don’t want her putting stuff on my car. she then says “the food is yours but the tray is ours” no… really?!? I say I know and I will hand it back to her after I get everything off of it. She then reaches in my car and grabs the tray as I’m pulling the last bag off to try to find somewhere in my car to put this stuff. Don’t reach into my car, I’m not a thief unlike sonic who charges 52$ for 3 dry meals.

Good food, fast service, and a clean area. I do think they should provide a little more space in-between the menus for you to park your car, but other than the snug fit… It was good.
