My husband ordered 6 wings but was brought 12 and then charged for 12. No one caught it and we were stuck paying for it. The restaurant itself was dirty, and our table of five was never properly cleared as we ate. Plates and trash just piled up, and our appetizer tray sat there the entire dinner.
I ordered a chicken tender wrap and asked for the tenders to be tossed in buffalo sauce with ranch on the side. The ranch came on the side and also inside the wrap, and the buffalo was on the wrap instead of the tenders being tossed like I requested. Completely wrong. The fish sub was terrible, and we didn’t even bother taking it or the wrap home.
We waited forever for our main course and refills took way too long. The food quality has really gone downhill. It honestly feels like everything is microwaved. For over $100 on a Friday night, the quality was unacceptable.
Very overpriced for what you get. We will not be back. Done giving these chain restaurants chances.
I loved the decorations! They really out did themselves in that department. I would hope to come back next year to better circumstances.
Came with a group of 23 well taken care of.pricing was not bad for the food bought
I want to say I came in as a non-meat eater and got the Beyond burger and it was okay. I’m glad companies are offering vegetarian/vegan options. Fries were super good though.
Well this time was absolutely horrible. They sat us in a booth with a vent above it and we froze the entire time. Had to eat with our coats on. The food took over an hour to get and it wasn’t very busy. My burger had the wrong toppings on it, bun was toasted and I do not like toasted buns. Was never asked if I wanted my bun toasted. The waitress, was non existent and asked if I would like another burger with the correct toppings, but I declined as I wasn’t going to wait another hour for it. As cold as it was, the ice was completely melted when the food finally arrived, and was never asked to have are drinks freshened up. I own and manage a bar and would gladly tip 30% for even mediocre service, but the entire experience was horrible. My son really wanted a Hot cookie for desert, but once again I wasn’t waiting for anymore food. Its also expensive, but I guess so is everywhere these days.
This was my last time eating there. Its time to start a new tradition with my family and leave this one in the past. Not that familiar with the area, so I will do some research and start a new trend this easter when it’s time to go back to kraynaks.
Then came the wings. We both got bone-in, one with medium sauce and the other hot. The chicken was tender, juicy, with just the right amount of outer crispiness, and the sauce was classic.
We ordered sides of celery, carrots, ranch, blue cheese and fries. We hadn’t been out in a while due to the pandemic and we were so glad we enjoyed a meal at this mainstay and old favorite of the Shenango Valley. I’ve been a customer since the early 1980s. Thank you Brianna, our attentive server who was cheerful, prompt, friendly, and thoroughly thoughtful.
Great job. Great dining experience.
