First time eating here and my order is incorrect. I even called the restaurant and no one answers. This is why I don’t enjoy eating out anymore and I gave them time to make sure it was ready only to forget one of my fries which are pretty costly these days

Take out should be easy and simple. Not here. Food is decent but service is horrible. They’re never friendly here, when ordering food they always complain they have to make more and the waits always ridiculous. The ladies here are always gossiping rather than making fresh food. We waited a while in the drive through just for someone to tell us they’re busy and will be with us when they can.
Not a very clean atmosphere here either. Very dirty and not well kept.

3rd time to this location. We actually travel from Maricopa to Casa Grande to go here. Food is always fresh, friendly staff and order is always correct. Much better than the competitor in my opinion.

I had placed an order with the churches app had received a text from a DoorDash or 25 minutes after asking what exactly my order consisted of then requiring me to send a screenshot to the DoorDash or now from my order from the app and still had received an incorrect order after I placed it also the restaurant five different times with no one even picking up.
All and al did not receive half my orders and it was honestly a decently priced order so I do feel like I’ve been swindled out of a decent amount of money for less then was guaranteed

I go inside to order wings and ti see if they had fish. One customer in front of me and one in the drive thru. Everybody speaking spanish and the place was filthy! I waited ten minutes before somebody said they’d be right with me. Five minutes later, same thing! I left, went to KFC and got served immediately and they were busy! After seeing how filthy Church’s was, probably worked out for the best!

Staff were friendly and polite and efficient.
Food tasted yummy.
Only downside, is that they forgot one of the meals in our order.
Thats what held off one of the stars.

They were extremely slow, however biscuit was fresh. Food was good, got a few tail bites in my okra but I’m not complaining. They went up on their prices, they must be tied of cooking. Message received, when folks prices go up, I take it they don’t want my business. Or I need a reasonable explanation. Random, anyways drive thru is slow but u can’t even walk in an order. They also make u purchase okra with the tender and shrimp combo instead of substituting they make me waste food. I don’t wanna order so much food, I can’t eat it all. Anyways, make a meal deal for small stomachs lol haven’t even touched the other food, I got full off okra and a biscuit,so no pics of okra but definitely fresh! And I ordered tea and it wasn’t too sweet!

I went through the drive-thru with 1 car in front of me. I was asked to wait for several minutes before I was able to order. I repeated the simple order multiple times & still had to wait for several additional minutes only for me to get home & discover my order was missing 2 items that were ordered. I immediately called to report the shortage & once I returned back to the restaurant I was negatively addressed so I requested a refund & went to another establishment.

This spot doesn’t serve spicy. So if you’re looking for that, then looks like you’ve come to the wrong place. Asked for fresh chicken, they weren’t too happy about that, kind of a pathetic run down place.
Oh well. Fast food at its finest right?
Oh ya, forgot to mention, the cooks aren’t actually wearing their masks either, which goes to show you they think safety concern is just a load of bull.
(Wanted to add this part. This is during Wuhanvirus/COVID-19 outbreak. So masks are a big concern.)
