Drive thru. Lunch time. Chicken was dry like it had been sitting there under the hot light and it was 12:30 in the afternoon. Girl at window was not very customer service oriented at all. They just give u whatever dipping sauce they want to and if you ask for some they charge you extra unless you give back what they gave you. Had to ask for a straw, preferred dipping sauce, utensils to eat coleslaw and napkins. You would have thought id ask her to do more then her actual job!

This was my first and only time going to this restaurant I went to the Horn Lake Mississippi location. I ordered the chicken fajita quesadilla and I thought it came with an order of fries no the fries were a separate item that I had to order on their own the chicken fajita quesadilla was a mess whoever made it did not make it properly. Because it fell apart immediately when I tried to pick up the biggest piece. I have had better quesadillas from Walmart and various other restaurants. The only reason why I give it to stars because they at least got to drink and the fries right.

I went to Zaxby’s on Goodman Road and I ordered me a Zaxby’s big pack with 2 egg rolls I asked the manager for the egg rolls to be fresh and the manager stated, okay. He gave me old over cook mushy egg rolls. You know the egg weren’t any good when you bit into it the inside were like cream potato. That not the half of it, MY CHICKEN THEY SEVERED WAS LAB MEAT. FACTS ALLEGEDLY. I’M A CHEF, I TASTE WITH MY TONGUE. THE MEAT WAS LIKE THIN RUBBER, THE TASTE OFF LIKE NO OTHER, MY THROAT WOULD NOT LET ME SWALLOW THAT FAKE MEAT. WHEN I BIT INTO IT AND PULLED IT AWAY FROM MY LIPS, THE CHICKEN POPPED BACK LIKE A RUBBER. NOW YOU KNOW CHICKEN DON’T SNAP BACK. I tried to give them a 3rd chance, they have officially struck out with me. The only thing that I consume was the fries and the drink. I couldn’t wait to get home and detox that one bite out of me. Will I go back??? NEVER AGAIN.

I went through the drive thru and I understand it’s a fast food restaurant but I shouldn’t feel like I’m being rushed my food was basically thrown out the window. I wasn’t greeted or told thank you. I asked for ketchup was hastily told it’s in the bag I asked for salt and was told they’re out. I opened my food and my sandwich had slid apart.

My co-workers and I went to this Zaxby’s location to pick up lunch for work. When we were ordering the food a situation came up, and we had to briefly leave for a moment. I wish I had his name, but the gentleman who was helping us was amazing. He remembers all the orders we made before we briefly left for a moment. I decided to get the Grilled Philly sandwich. Everything was cooked well with the chickens, peppers, and onions. Of course, the Zaxby’s fries are always amazing. I know that the Chicken Philly is here for a limited time, but hopefully one day it will be on the permanent menu.

I got the cob salad with fried chicken xtra chicken tender side of ranch and buffalo sauce and it was the best salad I have ever had!!! Service was fast employees where friendly and my bag had all my sauces napkins and silverware I needed. Definitely will be coming back.

Not the best tenders or wings we’ve had. It was just okay. The line’s are normally pretty long here, which is fine with everything going on. Might give it another try, but not our first choice.
