It all started in 1972, when owner Judy Waller opened her first U.S. Pizza Company in a burned out clock shop in Levy, AR. Armed with a unique recipe for thin crust pizza and an old fashioned stone hearth oven, U.S. Pizza embarked on a quarter-of-a-century journey that has done everything but dwindle. Since we opened our first store in 1972, we’ve been making our thin crust pizza from scratch when you order it. And we still use stone hearth ovens. Good service but the pizza was probably the worst I’ve had. I ordered the Meatza pizza. No sauce and just bad pizza. I honestly could tell by the pictures that it would not be good but my 3 year old was hungry. My 3 year old liked it I guess.

First time coming here. We waited 10 minutes after being seated for someone to ask if we’ve been waited yet. They took our drink order then. Ordered the Spicy Stix, BBQ Boneless wings and a Large half pepperoni half Italian sasuage pizza. Everything was absolutely tasteless! Spicy Stix had no ‘spice’ at all. Tasted like low fat mozzarella slapped on bland bread. The boneless chicken wings had burnt spots and the taste was not good. The pizza was the worst of all. I felt like I was eating cardboard with cheese. Absolutely no taste to the crust, the sauce was undetectable and there was a grease pull floating on top of the pizza. It was a absolute disgrace! Totinos pizza at Walmart and gas station pizza is like a 5 star pizza compared to this. So I guess if you want to remember what its like to have covid again when you lose your taste, come on down to US Pizza. What a joke. We’ll never be back.

Today I hosted a baby shower for my niece in the Bryant US Pizza Party Room. This room is roomy, nice, clean and comfortable. Michelle was the manager that helped me and she was absolutely fabulous. My server was Lauren and she was just as fabulous, taking care of our every need. Both Michelle and Lauren were so helpful and accommodating. Many thanks to them, because the shower couldn’t have gone any better! My guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves, the food was delicious, the service was perfect and most importantly, my niece felt loved and special. In fact, this afternoon during my event, some of our guests booked the room for a baby shower they are planning for their daughter next weekend. They thought it was a great place and the price was so reasonable. If you ever need a place to hold an event – I would highly recommend checking out US Pizza at Bryant! And ask for Michelle and Lauren!!!

Great experience! The pizza was delicious and the side salad was fresh and tasty. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, which was a nice bonus. If you’re planning to check out the arcade, make sure to bring coins or small bills it’s a fun addition to the visit!

Food is good, service is great. Tracy and Sandra is my favorite servers. they are very good, on top of everything, very friendly and outgoing.
i do have a problem with Kevin. I had heard him yelling at his employees, i don’t think that’s professional whatsoever. i think he is very rude and seems demeaning to his employees. I’m a frequent visitor and i’ve heard him repeatedly be hateful. i don’t think that is someone yall should have in your business. thank you!❤️

Good luck getting service if you decide to sit at the bar. My wife and I took a seat at the bar. Employee after employee passes by, none even agnolege us, make eye contact, say we’ll be with you as soon as we can. Nothing. We left without being agnolaged much less served.

Pretty good food, though I will not recommend the hamburger pizza. The rest of the food was delicious. Server was excellent. She saw that one of the pizzas was wrong before it even got to the table.

The lack of customer service was disappointing. Ordering issues happen and when a manager responses with not our problem attitude it is shows a lack of overall customer care. Any kind of willingness to help solve the issue would have avoided this review. The Sherwood location at least attempted to help us.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your time going here. Hostess didn’t give us a drink menu when we sat down, waitress took forever to come talk to us, looked at me weird when I asked for a drink menu and gave me all of 2 seconds to look at it before asking what I wanted to drink. The drink I ordered was absolutely disgusting, she still charged us for it, I ordered a different drink, and it was so nasty as well and I clearly didn’t drink it, was never asked if something was wrong with it and was still charged for 2 drinks. Appetizer took forever to come out as well as our meals. The pasta I ordered was cold, sauce came straight out of a can that might have been warmed up for all of 10 seconds, and the chicken was so dry it was crispy like a crouton. There was also so many kids running around the whole store this night, and our waitress had her kids there playing in the game room and was more focused on what they were doing than her job. $90 later for some crappy food and disgusting drinks. I will NEVER be back. Picture for reference of the chicken.
