Ordered a special big breakfast with hotcakes and bacon. I wanted my scrambled eggs cheesy and with ham. The employee suggested the Canadian bacon and made it happen for me. The service and kitchen staff are amazing. Food was delicious. Probably the best experience I ever had at any McDonald’s.

Quite possibly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever stepped foot in — and I say that having genuinely tried to enjoy it.
The food was stale. Not “sat out a little too long” stale — aggressively, unmistakably stale. I ended up throwing out half my meal it was so bad. For fast food prices, this is inexcusable. That’s where any compliments end.
The staff managed to make me feel like my mere existence was an imposition. No acknowledgment. Just a blank stare that communicated, without words, that my presence in the restaurant was a problem somehow.
There’s a particular skill in making a customer feel genuinely unwelcome, and this location has perfected it. The energy here isn’t just negative — it’s aggressively indifferent, the kind that makes you want to apologize for having the audacity to want a burger.
Basic human decency is not a high bar. This place limbo’d under it. I won’t be back.

This McDonald’s feels disorganized. First, the doors weren’t open. A customer had to open them from the inside even though it wasn’t closing time. Then the self-service order station couldn’t accept payments and didn’t print out our order so we can pay at the counter. The wait at the counter to complete our order was very long. It feels like there were not enough employees. We only wanted two coffees. It took more than 20 minutes to get them. They were out of many deserts (ice cream and smoothies). The staff is overwhelmed and doing their best.

Friendly staff. Ordered at the DT, and the service was fast, and I received everything I ordered, which is strange in some locations. I’m giving it a 5-star rating because they don’t charge for pup cups, and they also include a dog treat inside the whipped cream cup.

I recently visited this McDonald’s and had the pleasure of trying the McRib. It was absolutely delicious perfectly saucy and packed with flavor!
The staff here were incredibly helpful and attentive, making my experience even better. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed.Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant was top-notch. Everything from the dining area to the restrooms was spotless.
Overall, I highly recommend this location for a great meal and excellent service!

I don’t often go to fast food places – every time I go to McD’s, I’m reminded of why that is.
– Waited nearly 10 minutes before our presence at the drive-thru was even acknowledged.
– Order had to be given multiple times to fix random issues.
– Order was incorrect. Wrong items prepared the wrong way.
– Fries were barely even warm and obviously old.
– Drinks were wrong size.
– Napkins on the bottom of the bag, covered in grease from loose fries.
Why do I keep going back? At >$12 per person, this was garbage. For an extra $4-6/person, you can have a proper meal done right at a better establishment.

Updating my review from a 5 to a 1 because it was a disaster this morning. 10 minutes to be recognized at Drive thru. No OJ, No HiC, no coffee. As I left with nothing, I looked inside and it was messy. There were 2 customers inside. It wasn’t busy. Maybe Ill update this review if I ever come back. The Rt 9 one is worth the 2 minute drive.

“I was initially hesitant to stop at this location after reading some of the Google reviews, but since it was the closest option, I decided to give it a chance. I know it’s McDonald’s, but I’m quite particular about my dining experiences.
I was pleasantly surprised! The restaurant was very clean—tables, bathrooms, and the exterior were all well-maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent table service. They even came back after serving our food to ensure everything was satisfactory. Plus, their ice machine was working perfectly!

On November 4th at 9:20am I was in the drive thru waiting to order the $5 Breakfast McGriddle. They had a sign at the drive thru that promoted this. I placed my order and the employee said $8 (something). I explained it is suppose to be $5. He said that promotion is over with. I questioned why the sign is still up. He said he didn’t know. I explained they should honor the price as the sign clearly is still up. He said he couldn’t do this. I asked if I took a picture and brought it inside if they would then honor it. He said the manager was on break. At this point 20 minutes has gone by and I knew I wasn’t getting any where with this employee. I could tell he didn’t like his job,
Yesterday I called about this issue. I was told the sign was taken down. No apologies,
This morning I went back because I had a feeling I was being blown off. Guess what? The sign is still up!
Im sure McDonald’s is going to tell me to complain to another link after I post this. By the looks of the previous complaints. There are 2 employees I like that are there, I’ll get there name today to honor them.
