I’m so very disappointed in Jack in the Box the young lady at the window seems to been having a bad day. I had my mind set on the chicken teriyaki combo bowl so I ordered it. Once I receive the bowl got to my destination open the lid mixed the food I had no sauce just dry rice.

I was just in the drive thru craving their boba drinks and maybe a taco. Lady at the drive-thru today around 11:15 was very rude to me. I just asked if they still have the milk tea and she says “Iced coffee”. I tried to verify and ask again and her tone was very rude. If you want to come to work today and do your customer service job properly then I wouldn’t have made this review. Never coming back until she gets replaced.

This Jack location is the worst. Took almost an hour to get my food and when I did it was cold. My diet started today and yesterday was supposed to be my last fast food meal and they ruined it. Dont let me get started on the neck snapping finger pointing bubble gum chewing attitude. So ratched there. Do NOT visit this location.

Boarded up door on the side. We were not sure they were open. Took for ever to get all of our food. But once it showed up it was good. We don’t have hack in the box in michigan so it was fun to eat something different on our trip to Houston

I placed an online order at the location only to arrive at the store to find nobody working. The drive thru was shut off and the doors were locked despite the open sign being on. Outside was one car which I’m assuming was the worker that didn’t want to be there. 🙁

This Jack in the box have kios that tool it’s so helpful,I can take my own order and looks great I haven’t seen a jack like this the restaurant it’s cleaned and stuff friendly definitely recommended,close to NRG stadium ️ so convenient when I come to the events it’s good to know my favorite restaurant it’s right to the corner thank you guys

First time to eat it here in Houston Tx. The food is always great but walking into this restaurant made me wanna turn right back around. It’s 99 degrees outside and there in there working with in AC We had to get out food and go sit outside in the car. The employees were great and I Applaud them for working in such a hot mess. Do better Jack bc without them and customers u wouldn’t be here

I had received above and beyond customer service, my food was fresh and the young man Shamon that helped me was so kind and patient. It was a seamless process to order my food, my food was accurate and most of all it was fresh. I don’t live in the area but just so happened to be there tonight but I would drive from The Woodlands to receive the phenomenal customer service Shamon and the other staff provided.
