I tried calling but I couldn’t talk to anyone or leave a comment. My food today was absolutely amazing and wanted to tell the chef and Jordan how great it was!. My bacon and my whole bacon texas cheese steak was perfect like they used to be, before I stopped eating there. Ill be back. Thank you for a delicious meal!!!!

I went and ordered 2 Texas Melts and they messed my order up twice, also it was really nasty like I’ve never been served with such nastiness at waffle house than this time. And not only that I can’t call them to report it. Nobody answers the phone. This waffle house in Hamilton ohio is the worst yet!

The food is always good I’ll give them that but some of the workers and the general area is horrible. There are constantly people outside begging for money and I’ve seen them even go into the restaurant just looking around acting odd. Some workers are good and are extremely unprofessional

We can in last night around 10pm & I would just like to say this was the BEST service and food we’ve ever had. The waffles were fresh and fluffy. Last time we were here, the server recommended the chicken sandwich & let me tell ya, it did not disappoint. The chicken was so tender. This time the server recommended adding extra steak to the bowl & it was 10/10. I have never been so happy with our food and service. We also overheard the server talking about how somebody stole a bunch of money out of the drawer and our hearts go out to them for working so hard and having their hard earned money stolen from their family. Just sad because you could tell she was a hard worker. I wish every Waffle House experience was like this one. 10/10 recommend going before bar rush

Been a long time since I’d been to a Waffle House. Missed it. Nothing spectacular about this one but good food as expected. Only reason not five stars is whether its a local thing or change in the past 4 years since I’d been, they didn’t have strawberry for in my waffle. Otherwise all good, quick, friendly, and as expected from one of my favorite places.

I live off a house for stars because it looks like a trucker spot where you would stop it 2:00 a.m. and eat before you head back on the road. Which is kind of what we did. We are out working my hunting at 2:00 a.m. stopped in The waffle House eat some food it was hot it was pretty good.

Food was really good and quick. Biggest parking lot i have ever seen for a waffle house. But…..I ordered a patty melt, waitress asked if I wanted onions on it, I said yes. She repeated our orders, she got my girls order right. But had me down for something totally different. I corrected her. Food came out and I didn’t get my onions. No biggie but we just had a full conversation about it.

It’s 10:59pm and I was missing alot of food from my order, but a employee named Amanda showed that she cares about the success of the business and made sure that I was satisfied! I work in customer service development and was very impressed with her work ethics. She needs to be recognized for this thanks Amanda!
