My family and I frequent this location quite often as this is the closest location to us and we usually use the coupon for the family pack. I haven’t visited this location in a while due to being busy with life and trying to eat better. However, I saw that they were doing a SpongeBob collab so I had to stop by. They had a digital exclusive deal to get most of the SpongeBob items but the drink so I got that separately. I forgot that you have to order the specific meal to get the themed box so I didn’t get that unfortunately. The Whopper was just a Whopper which is such a shame because a secret sauce would have been cool but I know their Wendy’s collab had that. Now the rest of the special collaborations are way better as we really enjoyed the tots, slushie and pie was great.
The staff here are always friendly and professional, even on the debut day of the SpongeBob collab where they were definitely the busiest that I’ve seen them in years. Our food was made to order quickly and everything was crafted carefully. I also didn’t get an option to change my sauce for a side order of onions on the app but I truly appreciated the staff asking which sauce I wanted. The spaces that weren’t touched by customers were clean which is great and it was a busy day, so I’m sure staff couldn’t really take time to clean while they were busy during dine-in, drive-thru and delivery/app orders. A great Burger King for those who want Burger King.

When the food is correct, it’s good. The service has always been ok at best. I place mobile orders and still have to stand in line to get my food. Its usually cold because its ready when I get to the restaurant so its just sits as I wait in line to pick it up, Even though they have a “mobile Order pick up area”. I have waited there for 10 min with no help so I was forced to join the regular line….leading to cold food. They only put together mobile Orders once you arrive and let the cashier know your there, even though the food was made when you placed the order. You’re suppose to wait at the mobile Order counter per app instructions, But when they’re busy taking orders they fail to check that counter. Even when the manager is on duty and supposedly working. Leading to you have to wait in the regular line. Even though that defeats the purpose of the mobile Order.
Mobile Order here equals cold food, poor service, and more than likely a wrong order.
When they get your order rights its delicious, but thats maybe 20% of the time. Then there the bad customer service…

I did not get what I ordered, she ‘misheard’ me when I asked for a small coffee. It’s ok that she ignored me when I walked up, she was doing her job stocking the front counter. But I cross the line at not recieving what I paid for. I wanted a Bacon Egg and Cheese, with a small coffee.
I don’t demand that people kitow to me, but if I PAY for something, I want that. I don’t have the time to split hairs, I got to work too.
Don’t go here if you’re short on time, you’ll get what they want to give you.

This is the worst customer service i ever experience they got nothing stock. They soda machine outside. It wasn’t working. And when I ordered coffee. It takes about 20 minutes. They don’t care about customer service. In this place now, I understand why McDonald’s its number one

Placed a mobile order using my points to get a jr chicken sandwich. Got the sandwich felt hot, figured it was nice and fresh. Took a bite, chicken tasted chewy. I spit out, wrapped the sandwich back up so I can check when I get home. Why is my chicken raw??? Didn’t want to cook the chicken full time?? Kept calling the store no answer.

I was very hungry waited in a long line and ordered a fish burger meal at Burger King. When I arrived home 6 minutes later my fish was cold so I microwaved it 15 sec. To my surprise the fish was thin and overcooked. The fries were excellent. I may order something new there next time since Service there was excellent!

I am writing to express concerns about the customer service skills of the older female staff member at this location. As a regular customer at Burger King, I recently attempted to order a couple of sandwiches.
Unfortunately, the employee seemed uncertain and asked me to proceed to the window without clarifying my order through the intercom. Upon arriving at the window, the employee appeared frustrated. Additionally, when I requested to add a couple more sandwiches, the response was unfriendly.
Furthermore, when my order was ready, it was handed to me by another employee, and she gave me an unpleasant stare, which seemed unnecessary. This woman appears to struggle with providing competent customer service. I am hesitant to return to this Burger King location shortly as long as this lady works the drive-thru window.

It’s an average drive-thru burger place. They always get my order right. The food is hot and tasty. UPDATE 01-13-25 – I’ve started using the app for dine-in breakfast and the price and the food is very good. This place should be packed in the mornings! Surprisingly it isn’t! Apparently others haven’t discovered what great breakfast deals are available on the BK app!
