Not all subways are good especially the one in Ville Platte, La but this one is by far the best I ever had . It’s always clean food fresh and the staff is top tier keep up the great work!

Stopped in close to closing time for a sandwich. The staff had trouble hearing through the counter, so I had to repeat my order a few times. They were out of meatballs and tomatoes, which was disappointing. The bread was fresh and tasty, though. Also, soft drinks have to be gotten on the Love’s side—and they were out of Dr. Pepper again.

Very disappointed I ordered a Philly cheesesteak sub medium size. I looked at the picture on the wall and it didn’t even have 10% of the meat as the one pictured on the wall and the price tag for the combo was $11.78. I’m sorry but I told them they could keep it. I don’t know why they’re not wanting to put any product on the bun but this is just a disgrace to ask somebody to pay $12 for probably not even one or 2 ounces of meat on a bun so needless to say I’ll never be back and I don’t know how this place has reviews like this, but the portion control is 100% greedy

Big Fat big fat, white girl with tattoos on her wrist and arms the one with the peace symbol and the word world tatted on her wrist overheats your food, especially the dippers that’s not supposed to be overheated. My was hard like a rock.

I order the same sub every time I go to any of the locations Italian herb and cheese foot long, chicken bacon ranch sandwich no extra meat no chips no drink. So on 4/15/25 I paid $12.13 for my sandwich and now as of today 4/19/25 it’s $16.49

Are used to love someways and I stopped in him many times, but the last couple of months the subways did not taste well, and the service was borderline rude. The lady was trying so much to be able to do everything herself. She wasn’t even listening to anything I said, had to correct her many times in one of my sandwiches And still didn’t get it right. I also decided I would try the pretzel and she was so irritated. She overheated it by time I got home it was hot as a rock but I will not return and I will not recommend Subway anymore and please stay away from the pretzel sticks because the people they are not taking care Quality and kindness as they used to. I don’t know what has happened in the last few months.

I ordered a number 12 from the menu. I had to ask why bacon wasn’t on the sandwich after the sandwich was toasted, The bacon was added after I asked and the sandwich placed in the oven again. I had to keep telling the server what to add the the sandwich after stating I wanted all items for #12. This is my second visit they didn’t have mashed avocado. So bottom line I got a sandwich that was missing ingredients and over toasted. When I bit into the sandwich the bread crumbled and I choked on the toasted bread crumbs. All for a price of $16. This is my last visit there.

The placed looked clean. The food was made fresh and the staff cuts the sandwich with a clean knife each time. I got a Monster cheesesteak and some cookies. It’s nice to see them washing their hands frequently as well. Overall very pleased.

Staff welcomed us as we entered. They were busy and still met all our expectations! Food was fresh and delicious. Fast friendly service was the best! This location is attached to a Luvs truck stop and even has as an active tv monitor indicating if showers are available for truckers.. Wish all Subway locations worked as efficiently as this one!
