I’m so beyond frustrated!! I am done going to Taco Bell in Plattsburgh. I ordered a 5 layer beefy burrito. I substituted beef for steak, added rice, and added creamy jalapeño sauce and requested it be grilled. Pictured is my order placed. Also pictured is what I received. A 5 layer burrito as it comes. No rice. No jalapeño sauce. Beef instead of steak. And it wasn’t grilled. I literally paid extra for these things and did not receive them. I was already home when I bit into the burrito and discovered it was not as I ordered. Something is ALWAYS wrong or missing every time I go there. Peace out Taco Bell ✌ the only thing really good anyway is the creamy jalapeño sauce and of course that’s the one sauce you cannot buy in store. Not to mention I waited 30+ minutes in the drive through for an order that had already been placed on a mobile order!!!

Agreeing with the 2 reviews from a day ago as of 1/2/26. We ordered online and waited in the drive through for an hour. My spouse ordered 2 stackers. Not too long after we got home they complained of stomach issues even following into, a majority of today 1/3/26. No appetite to eat because of how sick they have been to their stomach. A staff member spoke even another time previously not too long ago, mentioning that the food was not being checked for correct temperature, which actually makes alot of sense…. I mean my spouse has been sick to their stomach for 2 days now. Not sure why a staff member would mention it, but we gave Taco Bell a chance aside from her commentary. But I would be aware of how fresh the food you’re receiving is but it does raise concern now after my spouse has been feeling. Just be aware & take the wait times into consideration for the freshness of your food. Whatever the case may be, it has delayed us from wanting to purchase here for awhile until this gets resolved.

I waited in the drive through for about 40-50 minutes for my mobile order. The lady was super sweet who served me though. I work in fast food and understand being short staffed and being busy, but 40-50 minutes for a Moblie order is a long time. I hope they get more workers for their sake and ours! Again, the workers were super nice though.

I ordered a black bean Crunchwrap with sub cheddar cheese but I got no cheese.
The wrap wasn’t cooked closed, just a soggy mess of a tortilla.
Taco beef was stuck to the outside and in the packaging. Didn’t get any of my sauces or napkins either.
St. Albans Taco Bell may be absolutely nasty inside but their food is always perfect.

Despite a huge U we eat order and a bus in the lobby, insolent a ratvirly short time in the drive thru. McDonald’s down the street cracks under that pressure and you “pull ahead” for the long wait. Impressive tonight, must ha e good training and staff because they are always bist late night

Absolutely worst service I’ve ever had!!!! 35 minutes for an order! Not a single person asking to help customers, they just don’t care. Collect their paycheck and go home. I highly recommended they close this place down. Not clean, not a care in the world by anyone working here. I do not suggest anyone go here, it needs to be closed down!!

My daughter and I stopped. 2/4/26 about 7pm. Ordered 4 tacos (2 hard & 2 soft) and a bean,cheese burrito. Well no reg.hard tacos.. As for the burrito( Stone Cold ). Like they took out of the refrigerator, very little cheese. Tacos not even Luke warm. We were well down the road, so didn’t go back. Warmed back up at home. Maybe training night?

Drove down from montreal to scratch our taco bell itch and as always were satiafied with our fix…the order station was a nice upgrade alswell you can explore the menu a bit better and find more items, pleasently surprised!

Getting taco bell around 10pm with friends was pretty fun, we initially thought we could go in and order our food but we had learned we could only get food through the drive through. So that was a bit of a surprise. We ended up waiting in the car and ordering through the mobile app. I give the atmosphere 5 stars because I was in my friend’s car.

Daughter’s friend waited over 45 minutes for two tacos. The lobby wasn’t even close to busy either. All the employees could care less and try to avoid interacting with customers as much as possible. Ended up having to ask for a refund and the manager was ZERO help. Even allowed the employee to yell at customers when they asked for said refund. Unfortunately this is not the first time we have experienced this type of service at this establishment. Shut this place down.
