At least put in effort to give people what they pay for. This is now considered a large fry.It looks half eaten..
Edit: still the same issue, now the fries were barely cooked. Soggy, wimpy, definitely not fresh, & once again just half filled. Just as bad as your counterpart on 747.

Never in my life has anyone made me cry because I went to go pick up breakfast. I’ll never come back. Please don’t be mean to people who didn’t do anything wrong. Today when my name was called I stood there for a second because I had my food, but not my drinks (coffee & OJ, not self serve). The first first girl who I presume was the shift lead told me “She’s working on your drinks if you’ll just wait a minute” without making eye contact after I had already been standing there for a few minutes. 10 minutes later the other girl slammed my drinks down on the counter without looking at me or saying a word. I’ve been in your shoes before. I worked fast food in the past and I work in a high volume kitchen now. There is no excuse to treat people this terribly. You never know what someone’s going through… and mind you, this whole time I never said a word so there was no reason to be rude. I ordered at the Kiosk. I never said “excuse me” or hollered for their attention. I just waited. The overall wait of about 20 minutes was actually no big deal but there was no reason to treat me like garbage and make a pregnant woman CRY. Most people are reasonable and willing to wait if you’re able to be polite and acknowledge them.
Update: Before the automated reply I already submitted a complaint with the restaurant # on the given website and will not be removing this public review 🙂

Have had multiple issues with mobile orders in the drive thru at this location specifically. Tonight, got the wrong order but I’m surely not driving back out to exchange it. Hope someone enjoy my quarter pounder meal!

worst experience i’ve ever had at any mcdonalds. they took my card and charged me $30 which was meant for the car in front of me. i ordered an $8 big mac meal. they took my card back after i pointed out the error, refunded me and then made me pay for my meal, which ended up being $9.49 as they charged me for a LARGE meal that i did not order or receive. very disappointed with the lack of customer service skills. do better! management was embarrassing.

We placed an online order through the app here. They told us they ran out of iced coffee and said they “weren’t sure if they could give us a refund”, so we got a caramel frappe instead. Everything would be fine if they had actually given us a straw for our frappe and kept track of our order. They had multiple employees standing on their phones. To top the cake, the caramel ice cream sunday with extra caramel, which I payed extra for was barely filled, poorly made, and extremely disappointing.

I FREQUENT this specific McDonalds and literally refuse to go to any other one. I seriously just had the best cheeseburger of my life. The service and the food is just unlike any other McDonalds I’ve been to. Me and my friends come here basically every day and it’s my favorite bad habit I’ll ever have. Staff is very patient considering we have annoying drive-thru orders.

The order was a mess. After waiting for 10 minutes outside while what was right got cold, I proceeded to go inside to have everything remade hot and fresh. The inside was chaos. Understaffing wasn’t an issue, it seemed more of a communication breakdown issue. The food was re-made, but this double quarter ponder was literally raw, and the fries were severely under cooked, unsalted, and cold. I hate to leave this kind of review because I understand line cook life, but rush and chaos, or not, you make sure the food is done.

This place is a joke. You need to obviously retrain your employees. A cheeseburger without the meat. A diet coke when I asked for a COKE. Got a large fry but was a small. Pay attention to the orders. I always see employees on their phones. You are at work not home.
