Everyone should know by now that if you’re headed to or from the coast via 99w this little Dairy Queen is the perfect pit-stop along the way, as well as one of the last reminders of the golden age of kitchy dining. The kids and I have never had a bad experience here! The customer service is always top shelf and the food, even for the fast food that it is, is still made with care and quality! It’s almost like they know they have a good spot, but instead of the “where else you gonna go” mentality like other stores in the area, they opted for the “welcome home” vibe! If you havent stopped in yet you gotta try it next time you’re headed through!

We haven’t been in a Dairy Queen in many years. The place was clean. The chicken tenders/Strips were tasty and half the price of McDonalds. It came with fries. We had chocolate malts. They were the super sized. Very good meal at a great price! The prices on the burgers were so much cheaper than the rest of the fast food chains. The next time you want fast food check them out!

I honestly had dismissed food at DQ, but we were hungry and desperate.
I am so glad we stopped here. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. The $7 deal was so much food for so cheap. The double cheeseburger was the best fast food burger I’d had in a long time.
Service was fast and polite.
Definitely recommend if you are passing through. Nice little out of the way gem of a fast food spot.

I haven’t been here in awhile since I moved from the area, my wife and I were just talking about terrible dairy queen food normally is and how much we miss this one, I very rarely had anything missed on my orders and the very few tines I did it was due to them not hearing me over the roar of the highway. not just one of the best dairy queens, but one of the best burger restaurants in the area

ETA: It’s literally still happening. He ordered no tomato or onion or ketchup. And given the photo I attached… looks like yall put extra.
New update: Apparently they also close online ordering at least an hour before the store closes itself. Which I have a feeling is not corporate standard. It’s no wonder you guys make it impossible to complain.
When it’s made correctly it’s not bad. Y’all have a bad habit of never getting my husband’s order right. Including when we online order so it’s written out what the changes were. Unsurprisingly tonight neither sandwich was correct. This complaint is not about the employees but at DQ as a whole – you charge *far* too much for mediocre food. People come for the ice cream and get food while they’re already in the drive thru because they don’t want to make a second stop

Genuine question. If the person making your sandwiches can’t manage to follow instructions well enough to make it correctly, why should I believe they’re doing things like washing their hands?
I have been coming here multiple times a week for months now, as this is the only restaurant that’s on my commute home that is open at the times I need.
The staff is nice, never really had an issue with anyone, and in fact, most are great.
However. I have YET to ever get my order correct. All I ask is no tomato, no ketchup, no onion. Tonight I literally had more volume of the toppings I didn’t want than I had of meat on my sandwich.
I don’t feel like I’m asking for a lot, I want to like this place but every time I order I dread it because I know my order is always gonna be wrong.

Excellent Dairy Queen! Great customer service! It is the only fast food restaurant on the way to the coast or casino in Sheridan. I really enjoy the blizzards and burgers! I highly recommend this Dairy Queen!
