Went for lunch and the food was delicious — amazing quality and portions! They had a $16 lunch special until 4pm, super affordable and worth it. Only downside: our waitress seemed a bit annoyed, maybe because we ordered the special and didn’t wanted a “bottle” of water. But overall, great experience and we’ll be back!

Probably the best Peruvian food I’ve ever had in my life. And I’ve been to Peru.

I celebrated 2 of my favorite co-workers with lunch. It was a privilege to watch the chef’s and staff working to prepare the meals. My co-workers were amazed by presentation and favor of the food. We had the seafood soup that was awesome shrimp pasta amazing and the trio ceviche that was so delicious. Our server Isaiah was awesome with suggestions. It was my co- worker’s 1st time eating Peruvian food and love it. They planning to bring their spouse’s.

The food was amazing! We started with the Jalea Sunrise and the sea food was perfectly cooked, nicely done and delicious. Then we had our principal plates, the sushi was simply incredible, they captured a very Latin flavor into a sushi, it was marvelous. The rice was tasty and will for sure fill you up. Everything was nicely prepared and the drinks I do recommend!
The service was great, they cleaned up right after we finished and asked several times if everything was okay.
The tables are too close to one another which is why I took one point away for atmosphere but the rest was amazing!
Nice restaurant with great food.

Amazing experience! My waitress, Valentina, was awesome! The service was good; her helper Valeria was attentive when picking up our empty plates, and the food was out of this world! I got the anticuchos, lomo saltado with pasta in huancaína sauce, and the conchitas a la parrilla. Definitely a place to go for a wonderful meal.

I never had Peruvian food before so I didn’t know what to expect. This was some of the best food I have ever had. Everything was meticulously prepared. Every bite was delicious. I would highly recommend! I’ve since ordered several times to go, and the only slight recommendation is seasoning the tequeños.

We absolutely love this place and if you live in or around Coral Springs you should definitely give it a try. They have such a variety on their menu that you are sure you find something to your liking! If you love Peruvian food or simply want to try and expand your palate I promise you will love it. We eat here often between dining In or simply grabbing take out on the way home from work. They also offer a simple happy hour menu from 4-7pm Monday thru Friday. I have include photos from two recent visits, one dining in and one takeout.

Super fast service and food tasted great!
The servers were super nice & man did I mention the food tasted great… I was surprised they were able to achieve such good flavor considering we didn’t even wait 10 minutes IF.
My only “complaint” (not really) is that I felt like a sardine since tables were sooo close together but the vibes were great.
I would definitely go back to this place!

My first time at Embarcadero E41 in Coral Springs, I didn’t know what to expect — but after the sushi, ceviche, and a perfectly made mojito, I knew I was onto something special.
The main course, Lomo Salgado, was absolute heaven.
I came back just two days later with some friends and wasn’t disappointed. This time I had the octopus and fried rice, and once again, everything was outstanding.
I’ll keep going back until I’ve tried everything on the menu. Amazing food, elevated flavors, and exceptional service — especially from the professional and attentive Antonella. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
