Caught this truck in tombstone today after I was given a sample. Trust me when I say this is some of the best pork bbq we’ve had in years. I got a bbq pork sandwich, quesadilla and an order of ribs for the wife. The quality of the meat is out of this world. The flavor is perfect and it’s not drowned in sauce. Portions are more than adequate. Prices are reasonable for quality bbq. The wife was blown away by the ribs. Fall off the bone and great flavor. I think the quesadilla is the best though.
Their menu isn’t very big but they do one thing and do it incredibly well. Cant wait to see them around again.

Best bbq in AZ hands down and I’m from the south. The food has such a unique flavor that isn’t basic or I can compare to. The boss and KJ bring on such a welcoming service and atmosphere. You can tell they really care and are not AI. I recommend the Thai bbq quesadillas!
