Mavi has a nice atmosphere with being right on the dock. The hostess and wait staff were welcoming and helpful. Our waiter Jon was lovely if you visit ask for Jon. We had the branzino special grilled with broccoli and rice. We also had the beer battered fish and chips. We started with petrol margarita and a Mojito. Neither of the drinks were balanced. Both were too strong g and missing what seemed like crucial ingredients. The Mojito was overly sour lacking the balance of sweet that makes the mint shine. They did comp the margarita as I couldn’t drink it unfortunately. The branzino dish was delicious and well prepared. The rice that accompanied the fish had a lovely buttery flavor that complemented the flakes fish and lemon. The beer battered fish was a disappointment but the fries were well cooked and the tartar sauce was very nice in flavor.

We love Mavi! Whenever one of our favorite bands is playing, you will find us there! Their grilled salmon fillet is to die for! The servings are large enough to split between two if you aren’t gorging. We add the mashed potatoes. Too good to pass up! (That photo is my half!) The food—especially salmon which is difficult to cook correctly—is always prepared to perfection! The wait staff are the best! And the view of all the decked out boats is gorgeous! It is best to make a reservation on a holiday.

First time here, it was simple with beautiful views of the water. We were surprised that there were not many people out here today. Staff was kind & welcoming.
We had a simple dish of grilled octopus which was much better than I had expected it would be. We did not plan for much time here but will be back again to try more items on the menu.

Wish I could’ve given this place 10 starts. It was our first time there for my husband’s bday and from the time we walked in the door everyone was so attentive, inviting and catering. Our beautiful hostess Leann and simply amazing waitress Gabriel(Gabby) was so awesome. This has been far most the best experience ever. Even though it was super bowl Sunday they still treated us as though we were the only people in the building. We were checked on often. Our waitress food recommendations was all GREAT..10 STARS TO MAVI,STAFF AND FOOD

My husband and I stopped by on a Saturday in January for lunch a little after 2pm. It seemed a little quiet but many guests were seated after us. I loved the grilled mahi sandwich and optional side salad with fresh greens and tomatoes. The balsamic vinaigrette was excellent. My husband enjoyed the salmon wrap with the side salad as well. The service was excellent and the view of the harbor from our table was delightful. We can’t believe nobody had told us of this restaurant before. The dock was in great shape and there was plenty of room to tie up the boat for lunch. This restaurant was a great find and we will be back for lunch and dinner, especially by boat.

It’s a big restaurant so you can sit inside, by the water for the view, outside for live music, etc. I think that’s probably the biggest draw. The menu is slightly more expensive than other places nearby for the same food. We got a calamari appetizer (some already eaten in the picture), and I got the fried shrimp basket. The breading was okay and a bit too much on both. I was also able to try the stuffed flounder which was fine, a little dry and the crab cake was good. Overall hard to tell how fresh some of the food was, but it was fine. Someone at my table go the chicken finger basket and was only 3 oversized chicken nuggets and mostly fries for $14. Also, not sure what went wrong but two of our orders (the same meal) where both brought out wrong despite the waiter repeating them back to us. When we did get the right one I think it had been out for a few minutes already, this happens at a big place like this but still not thrilled. I think Mavi is a place I’d probably come back to for atmosphere and maybe a drink. However, this ended up being one of our most expensive dinners while in town and we almost exclusively got fried food. It was overpriced to me for the quality and portion sizes.

We have been here a few times and have always had a great time. A fantastic spot right in the water. Food is very good and our service has always been excellent as well. These guys have great seafood. The views here are excellent. Tons if room to pull up on your boat(love that feature). The atmosphere here is very good with either great background music playing or a live band. This is a busy place(because it is so great) so on occasion there is a wait to get seated. I highly recommend this business.

High Potential with Scenery, but Tastes Like Steamed Cafeteria Food
This restaurant has so much potential. The atmosphere is great, there was live music on Mothers Day. Wow!
The food? First off, the menu was lacking in options that sounded good. There is no kids menu for littles. If you prefer blackened or grilled fish like I do, this is not the place for you. The food tastes steamed or microwaved, like it came from a cafeteria. I think they are keeping it heated in the kitchen in the same system as would a cafeteria. All 3 parts of my dish tasted like it is prepared this way.

Went to see Cloud9 Band. No server for 20 mins after being seated. Then she never came back to check on us. We went to the bar to get more ranch dressing. Mgr got our drinks after seeing we were never served any. Limited menu of mostly fried foods. Atmosphere is great in the water at the Beaches Marina. Cloud9 is always good!
