Fish dinner. The fish was absolutely delicious. Real fush and fried perfectly. Sides, not so much. Mashed potatoes were made with real potatoes but beeded salt. Very bland and very little gravy. Cole slaw was so-so. Service was slow but probably due to making the fish when ordered.

The internet has been buzzing about this walleye fish sandwich. This is one of the nastiest sandwiches I have digested, mcdonalds fish sandwich is better than this. Their chicken strips are decent, and so is the double butter burger with cheese, and the ruben is decent , so are the cheese curds but food family stay away from that walleye that was unseasoned, it disappointed me dang.

These people are the worst, especially the lady taking your order at drive through, their customer service is trash, they make you feel like you shouldn’t be there, I get people have bad days but if everyday is a bad day for you, the problem is probably you. They ALWAYS get your order wrong, you order a Swiss melt, you get a mushroom and Swiss, you order a medium fry, you either get a small fry or no fries at all, you order a root beer, they give you water and dash of root beer. It’s always a gamble coming here and it shouldn’t be like that!!!! They ALWAYS forget something ALWAYS. Please do better please

On 01/16/2026 I ordered 2 meals and both were made wrong so I called and spoke to someone by the name of Maria who said I could come back and have the issue resolved… 01/26/2026 I returned to have the meal remade. There was a manager by the name of Jacob that told me my custards could NOT be remade (reasons unknown) but offered 2 free custard coupons to make it right. Would you believe I got home and my order was made wrong AGAIN?! I called and spoke to someone that would only give me the name “Ryan” because he told me he doesn’t give out his name. (Okay fine whatever) so I asked to speak to a GM. “Ryan” or whatever his name really is told me the GM is not in but I can call another time so I asked when will the GM be in so I can speak in person. “Ryan” tells me he cannot tell me when the GM will be in again and the GM is off today.. he did say i could come get my order remade for now a THIRD time after plenty sarcasm and condescendance.. I asked him if I should call corporate for a resolution and he said that would be a good idea so after a call to corporate and a review I really hope this location gets better in EVERY aspect.. If I could give 1 star I most certainly would. This location has to be of the worst and Culver’s should really be shamed to have them operate under the name.

Unfortunately, the DoorDash relationship strikes again.
Culver’s admits to making a mistake and forgetting to include all of the food in the order. But because it is DoorDash (the chosen delivery partner of Culver’s), there is nothing the restaurant can/will do when food is missing. Even when the restaurant readily admits they made the mistake and did not include all of the food on the order that had been paid for. You’re left dealing with DoorDash. Does Culvers offer to help? Of course not. You’re on your own sir to deal with DoorDash. We all know how that works out.
Have you ever tried to get someone on the phone from DoorDash when a mistake has been made? You’d have better luck calling the IRS with a tax question.
Culver’s is happy to give you all of the food if you want to come and pick it up, so why order delivery in the first place?

Great experience eating at this Culver’s location. Staff friendly, food hot and fresh as always. Staff checked on us twice while dining. Cleanliness of restaurant was excellent.

We had two 3 pieces cod dinners and a shrimp dinner. It came with a side coleslaw and a small roll. It wasn’t so bad at all. Actually the fish plate was pretty good. I thought Culver’s selling only burger, now they offer the fish and chips. I will come back definitely.

I love the Veggie harvest burger and onion rings. The stores are very cozy most of the time, regardless of their size and I personally love the decor.
The only ask from my side would be to have more vegan and vegetarian choices on the menu to make experience of people like me even better
