Britney is wonderful! Breakfast for 4 was served hot and very fast! All the locals had a great relationship with her. That speaks volumes!!! Enjoyed the ‘Red, white and blueberry hotcakes’ with the best whip cream ever! ‘Everything’ was a friend’s favorite with extra hollandaise sauce! Our guy in the group had, ‘Farmer’s Breakfast ‘, excellent!!!! ‘Gravy & Biscuits ‘ all of it made us fat and HAPPY!!! I even bought a little ‘Bob Evans’ bunny as a souvenir for my neice as a late Easter gift! Win,WIN!

I was fine waiting to get in, Saturday morning, I get it. But after I was sat and placed my order, I waited over 15 minutes for the waitress to return with my hot tea instead she took care of two tables in her section that were seated after me and they had their drinks in under 3 minutes. I tried to get her attention but she ignored me. So i left. Never got any of what i ordered and despite having called the manger who I do believe was sincere in wanting to correct this, i honestly will likely never return to this location.

Get ready to wait this store prioritizes carryout orders over dine in customers so you can have the fantastic experience of being pushed to the back of the line over and over.

Server was great tho she did what’s she could for us while we collected dust at our table

Thanksgiving this year was a little different for my family, covid interrupted our get together. This year would just be me and my husband. I placed an order pretty last minute, around 4 and they close at 7. My food was ready exactly on time, however there was a grumpy fella ahead of me. He was upset about ham. Apparently they’d run out and he felt a stern tone would make these sweet, young, working on freaking thanksgiving girls, idk, have ham? Fix it? They handled it very professionally, offering to substitute it for things they did have. He pressed for both alternatives (more pie OR more turkey) and they kept control, restating the offer and had him out the door with bags of food for his family. It takes so little to be kind, I felt sorry for their having to deal with his entitlement but they handled it so well. I wish I remembered their names to list them personally but they know who they are. Go confident girls in the face of grumpy old men.

Any time we are in the eastern part of the United States traveling we have to stop. I absolutely love the homestyle cooking here. Service was fabulous as always.

They had only two servers should’ve had four. The wait was worth it. The BOT had extra bacon, egg, and avocado. It had to be the best BLT I’ve ever eaten. The salad has lots of fruit in it very big and my wife thoroughly enjoyed it.

It took an hour from start to finish for breakfast. And they ran out of grits and the hot drink machine was broken. There was a busy Saturday group of diners. The old white lady server with the section by the door was terrible. I sat there for 15 minutes before another new young black lady who was training another waitress took my order. The old bird just looked at them when asked if I was her table. Also she messed up another nearby table’s order which they requested be sugar-free. The manager had to fix it and make it right. Meanwhile, the talkative senior waitress did not really apologize for her ineptitude. Sad! The manager comped my meal and I tipped the two younger waitresses generally. I probably won’t return.

The star of our experience was or waitress, she was patient, informative and sweet. Made you feel at home our as if you were speaking with a good friend. My daughter had a wonderful time having brunch. It was a bit dated but still a warm atmosphere. The food was your typical breakfast nothing that made my taste buds pop but for a franchise, it was good.
