My partner Stacey and I stopped in here because we couldn’t decide between German food or Tex-Mex, and Culture’s honestly does both really well. It’s a great casual spot if you want a break from the “fine dining” crowds on Main Street but still want that local flavor.
The schnitzel was crispy and authentic, and the Mexican food was a surprise hit. The staff was super friendly to us and kept the drinks coming, ensuring we had a great time.
However, I have to mention something that was hard to ignore. Despite the great service we received, we overheard the staff complaining a lot about the management.
To the Management: If you are reading this, take better care of your employees or you won’t have any left. They are working hard and treating customers well, so please treat them right in return.

We were so impressed with the food, the environment and the service. Our server was very attentive and helpful, but the fried mushrooms stole the show! Best ever!! The burgers were pretty great too.

We visited Fredericksburg with our dog on a cold, cloudy, windy day, and we were disappointed that the dog friendly restaurants did not have heaters on their patios. That is until we came across Cultures.
There are no gluten-free markings on their menu, but our waitress was able to check with the kitchen on what was safe for us. They weren’t sure about the sausages since they don’t make the sausages on site.
We got the Classic Burger no bun with German Potato Salad and steak Tacos al Carbón with refried beans and rice. Everything was delicious!
Unsure about the gluten-free free safety, we did take Gluten Ease just in case. We felt fine after eating here and did not get sick.

Great place! Inside looked cool but we sat outside to enjoy the weather. Nice biergarten vibe! Junior was awesome very friendly and helpful with the menu. The food came out exactly as ordered and was very tasty. And with Spaten Lager on tap, you can’t lose. We will be back!

Really has 40+taps & good drink selection, overpriced eats though.
Dined 9pm on a Monday and it was easy to get a table and only a smattering of other customers. Atmosphere was a mix of modern inside and outside more rustic Texas style. Having both options was nice. Dined inside. Lots of TV and ongoing music, neon from signs.
Drinks were a plenty- lots of options from Shots to beer towers, wine & of course draft taps. Even suggested mixed tap drinks. Prices seemed a little steep, perhaps if you plan to down some for an hour or 2 stick to Happy Hour (I think it said 2 to 6 daily) otherwise your looking at avg 25usd for 3 beers, give or take.
Food was good tasting but not like OTT amazing. Came out in a timely manner but again, guest number made that expected. Prices ranged from 15 to 30 a plate, with traditional dishes like chicken fried steak being 20. Apps the same. Just seemed steep imo – best deal seemed to be their ‘specialty’ tacos where you get 3 and sides for 15. I’d say I’d want to say it’s justifiable due to you get a good serving size but… not quite there for me. Could be personal expectations or opinions bias.

She started barfing…. The staff did NOTHING….. they stared at us through the windows and watched our friend sit there throwing up for an hour. No help. Never going back. Hot girls watch your drinks….

Solid sports bar with good tvs along the back wall and bar area. Great spot to catch a game while in town. Food was good. Wings were solid. The cold draft beer is nice in a frosty mug. Live music on the patio most everyday. Solid sports bar for fred.
